Electric Bike Company have the most options and colors! My husband and I just ordered two bikes and we’re looking forward to trying them out once they’re done. We test rode one and loved the features and ride. Great customer service and nice to have a service shop nearby!

I love my bike. I love how comfortable the ride is. I live in Denver and love to join the weekly bicycle rides. I have been looking forward to having fun on the ride with my ebike. It did not disappoint. Since it was my first ride on the bike I wasn't sure how the battery would perform. It worked great. Before the ride I used the battery very little. On the ride I used the battery the whole way. I put 28 miles on it and only drop the battery 20%. I went for a ride this morning planning on using the battery the whole time. Didn't work out that way. This bike is so easy to pedal that I love pedaling just as much as using the battery. So far in one week I have put on 48miles and want to go ride for some more. I love how tidy the wiring is. I love my bike. Thank you Electric Bike Company for building an awesome bike for me to ride! My wife and I were unsure about purchasing an ebike. The bike has exceeded our expectations and we are looking to purchase another bike soon from Electric Bike Company.

Update:
After waiting over 2 1/2 months the e-bike finally arrived. The shipping container it was shipped in was completely destroyed. Luckily the bike was in good condition. The bike itself is very nice. It is made well and looks and rides great. I am adding 1 star for the quality and ride.
Ordered an e-bike from EBC in April and was told 4-5 week delivery. We are still waiting! Upon checking the order status online, the est completion date continually changes. I have called the factory twice and got two different stories and each one said another two weeks. The latest est. completion date listed was June 11th which was 8 days ago and still no notification of completion. Very disappointed with EBC and at this point I would not recommend them.

I love these guys. I have a Model S and live in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. It's great for living in a small city like this. I just ride it around to classes and appointments and stuff that I need to get to and lock it up with a kryptonite noose chain and a U-lock.Never had a single issue with the bike and I have 120 miles on the odometer now. I've even ridden it on light gravel trails. The throttle is so amazing I have mine set up to be at full power at every level of pedal assist and i use it to go across 3-lane or 6-lane roadways in the city and i use it to go up hills or if i just dont feel like pedaling. I routinely ride my bike to the next town and back, and it's like at least 20 miles probably. It's great. Keep up the good work!

After doing around 3,000 miles on my EBC bike I can honestly say it’s the best purchase I’ve ever made . It’s been thru more than a few accidents and just keeps on running . Finally decided it’s time for a new Model Y - the guys at EBC could not have been more helpful even offering a free loaner while the new one gets built ! Just love these guys - they are the best

UPDATE: 5 months now and we still have not received our oversized seat we ordered. Customer service at the Costa Mesa Store is nonexistent and they overpromise and clearly underdeliver. Michael the "Supervisor" at the store DOES NOT CARE about your business. My recommendation... Unless you can buy your bike off the floor for EXACTLY what you want consider CAREFULLY before purchasing your bike from the Electric Bike Company. Additionally, I would not expect any kind or service for your bike after your purchase should it break down or have mechanical issues. Reducing our rating to a 2.
My wife and I totally enjoyed our bikes once we received them. They are comfortable to ride, look great and are easy to use. The reason for not having 5 stars is we are still waiting for the tan seats we ordered 2 months ago. Phones at the Costa Mesa location are hit and miss and hard to reach.

Very helpful with diagnosing what could possibly be wrong with our bikes and batteries. Would highly recommend coming to the Factory Showroom. We even learned a few new things about our bikes that we should have been told when we purchased our bikes. ?

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING!!
I have purchased 2 bikes from EBC and had no issues with the first one. My 2nd one is less than a year old has issues. My son was riding his bike and the bike turned off. He assumed the battery was dead so he brought it home, took off the battery and plugged it in to charge. When we tried to put the battery pack back on it would not fit. I drove the bike to ECB Newport to see if maybe we were doing it wrong but the guy working couldn’t get the batter back on either. When my husband got home he looked at it further and noticed that the battery was fried in 2 places. I took the bike back to EBC Newport the next morning and they told me that a technician wouldn’t be in until Tuesday to fix it. We were fine waiting until Tuesday to get our battery replaced. But when they called, they told me that they needed to take the battery off and send it to Costa Mesa for further inspection. They weren’t sure if it was a battery problem or a problem with my control panel. They estimated that just to look at the battery would take three weeks, really three weeks! I called them back a bunch of times and left several messages. FYI, for anyone trying to actually talk to a person you need to press the button to talk about purchasing a new bike to get ANYONE to pick up the phone. Apparently new bike sales are more important than servicing existing customers. When I finally got a hold of someone I let them know that it was unacceptable to take 3 weeks to have a prognosis and then take more time to fix it. We are talking about a battery. Mind you, this was is June 21st. I told the girl that I spoke with I needed the bike back by 4th of July which was around 2 weeks away. The girl at Newport EBC said she contacted the main person at that deals with the battery and he would try to accommodate that request and would call me if for some reason if the bike wouldn’t be ready by the 4th. I called today, July 2nd about five times and left a message. Nobody answered and nobody called back, this seems to be a common practice at EBC especially when there is something is wrong with your bike! Called again just a minute ago 4:15 pm even though they close at 5pm and now they have a voice message saying that they’re closed until after the holiday. Nobody called me back like they said they would. My bike is still sitting there and now we don’t have a bike for the 4th July, which doesn’t work in HB!!! The service there has been absolutely dog crap, nobody knows what they’re doing and why would it take so long to replace the battery that I have under warranty. Yes, a 2 year warranty!!! I will never buy from the EBC again and heaven forbid something else goes wrong with our bikes, because it might take months to LOOK at it and tell me what’s wrong. Hopefully someone from EBC will read this review and figure out how to improve customer service and response time. For this reason I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
UPDATE- Today is 7/15, 25 days since we dropped off my son’s bike to have them replace the battery. Still no one has called, regarding the bike. I called and shocker no one answers the phone. I highly recommend not purchasing from this company.

First the bike is junk. 2 yeara old 2 batteries 1 controller all garbage. Up to $500 in repairs +
Mike the manager told me it was ready after 2 weeks and being on hold forever and I drove 90 minutes to pick it up but it is now not ready. He just sat on his phone and wouldn't even make eye contact. Then refused to waive the delivery charge of 50 and told me to wait an hour. Run from this company. Bikes are pretty but service and reliability it really bad

I love my bike! I purchased it through Tim Toensing in Minnesota. I ordered a metallic blue and even though it took a little longer to get it , it was worth the wait. When I picked it up Tim had it all ready for me. I love the dog basket so glad I got it, My morkie loves it. It rides so smooth . My husband after riding it said he will be purchasing one in the Spring. The photo of the bike is just a picture of what I ordered. No pictures of me on it yet. Thank you Tim for such a great experience.

I have been patiently waiting for my bike to be built a delivered, but after 9 WEEKS I still have no bike and I'm being told that it has just NOW finished being painted, and will likely be another 5 weeks to be built.
I was originally told by the dealer I ordered it from that it would likely take about 4 weeks to be built and delivered. I understand being that it is a custom order and takes longer to paint/build, which is why I have been patient with their timelines given, but now I'm starting to wonder if I will even receive the order by the end of summer... Or at all.
After checking on the status of the bike at 4, 6, and 8 weeks and being told that it's "still in paint" is VERY disappointing. The lack of communication from the company on the status of order, makes for a bad customer experience after spending thousands of dollars on a bike.
Please be more realistic with your customers on how long they will actually be waiting on custom bike orders or expect more negative reviews.
**Order placed May 4th... Now July 10th

BUYERS BE AWARE! I purchased the two Model A bikes May 9th with their website advertising 2-4 week lead time during normal season and 4-6 weeks during summer season. I assumed since I purchased before summer I would get within the 2-4 week time frame. I reached out for a status update after 2 weeks to be told it was still in paint. So I called back each week for the next couple weeks to be told the same thing, still in paint. I got frustrated with the customer service rep, Blake, because he told me he couldn’t give me more of an update than it’s still in paint so I asked if I could speak to their boss. I then received a call from Mike and he told me that worst case the bikes would be delivered by June 28th. I messaged them on the 27th to confirm the bikes would be shipped and they responded no that they would be delayed further due to the controller being out of stock. That upset me further so I asked to speak only directly to the owner, which they responded that he was headed to Germany and would drop me a line. Never happened. The same customer service manager Mike called me back, mind you very rude and told me not only the controllers are out of stock but also the battery and I would have to wait until 3 or 4th week of July. I then told him I would have my attorney reach out because I was beside myself that they took almost $4,000 over 7 weeks ago and continue to string me along. I went to social media to blast them on their sites to warn potential new buyers, they blocked me and deleted all my messages. On top of it all I realized they advertise as “Made in America” when actually they outsource parts from over 17 different countries.
