It was the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered in my many experiences dealing with their associate and, most importantly, the worst customer service I have ever had with the so-called “THE MANAGER?” ?????????????????????????

The best way to get food is thru the drive thru. You deal with a real person. Do not like walking into this huge kiosk to place your order. It doesn’t accept my gift card and you need a person to help anyway. I like the employees here as they are always friendly. The food is great and they better never change the recipe for salad dressing.

Absolutely horrible chicken.Dry dry dry and old. I can’t believe this. Waste of my money and we will never eat from them again.My dog even walked away from this.

Terrible excuse for chicken! Pretty much just skin and bones, hardly any meat and the quality was disgusting. How do you live with yourselves knowing how much you charge and what the customer gets?

I had a $5 off coupon that I went to redeem and it was gone from the app. I called customer service and they said it expired and they would not replace it. When I get poor customer service I know they don't appreciate my business so it is time to stop going there. Bye El Polo Loco

Brought food home from the La Canada location, opened the box, and there were 2 EATEN PIECES with just the bones!!! GROSS!!! They credited. We waited 2 years to go back - brought home burnt chicken!!! Called, complained...NADA!!!!!!!!Pollo Horible!!!

Tried to reach "contact us" option to find out what happened to my 10,000+ reward points. Kept erroring out even after having entered required info to send a message. Went to HQ page to find a phone number and you end up in an ordering option. Are they really interested in customer concerns??? ??

My double chicken bowl was/is pretty nasty. The chicken is dried out, the avacado is OLD and the dressing was so thin it was like water and flavorless. What a bummer!!

If I can put negative stars I will corporate offices specifically hr and payroll department cant communicate with employees apparently if it's a serious issue ..I use to be a cook at the Atlantic and Olympic Blvd location they use same utensils on raw and cooked meat .The people working there not team players the manager there rachael can't even brush h r hair or be dressed professionally when she gets to job locations .They use week old meat they touch your food while eating theres. Also some employees still money from cash registers

I’ve had fraud on a a $100 gift card I received at Christmas.I know exactly the location and time and amounts that were charged from manager at said location.I’ve contacted Customer Service and filed numerous complaints and have claim numbers.They tell you they call you back and they do not.Now I’m sending emails and mail to resolve and my guess is I’ll never get a response.I use to love El pollo loco and worst purchase I’ve ever made and unfortunately I can not cancel transactions of gift care.I bought at Christmas and just found out on a recent visit I went from $100 to $4.32.I’ve been to a couple locations maybe 3/4 times for party of 1. I get a tostada bowl $6.00 beginning of 12/2023 and now $11.00 and not worth the price.$6.00 tostada salads were better when $6.00 and now inflation has had huge price increase w terrible product??

This is approximately the third time I have ordered the shredded chicken nachos from the San Pablo, CA branch and received little over a tablespoon of shredded chicken, a couple tablespoons of beans and the rest were chips. To have to pay over $20 for this mess is a rip-off! I took a picture but don't see how to upload it. Update: I see where I can upload a picture. It is below.

El pollo loco is the worst customer service in the fast food industry! I called about technical issues with the app and was treated rudely when I called customer service! I didn’t get helped and he hung up on me! I will never eat at el pollo loco again!

Long wait time to get food, 45 minutes, order was wrong, chicken was cold and hard, dining room was very dirty, soda fountain was out of most selections this was at the Pittsburg California store.
