I've been training with Scott and Sherri just shy of a decade now. My experience here has been nothing short of life changing. I'm lifting weights I never would have imagined, attained a muscular build that I never thought possible, all while staying safe and avoiding injury. This gym has decades of experience training a wide range of people, from complete newbies to professional athletes. They have a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and effective programming. Was visiting family at the beach for the weekend, needed to get my strongman training in still. Stopped by here and despite having a large class going on, they made some room for me to get my work in, and showed me where all the equipment I needed was. Great gym for strongman! Lots of selection for implements.

These trainers really know what they're doing! The gym is a friendly community for people at all levels. I got great results from training here! They have an excellent nutritionist too.

There is a community at this gym that pushes you to excel. I have been going for 8 months now and can say that the trainers there have made a huge difference in my form and how much weight I can lift. They are always ready to give you pointers, act as a spotter, and listen to your concerns about your health.

I started doing boot camp and small group for East Coast/West Coast a year ago. Back then I could barely hold my almost 3 year old son on my shoulders for a few minutes. Now I can carry him (almost 4 now) on my shoulders for as long as I need to. I feel like the strong, healthy dad that I want my son to look up to and it's all thanks to everyone here. It might seem intimidating to walk and start working out with people who seem like they've walked out the Illiad but everyone, from the instructors to everyone else working out, is incredibly friendly and outgoing. Everyone wants you to succeed and everyone wants to HELP you succeed. There's no need to be intimidated or scared if you're not terribly strong (I wasn't) or in great shape (check that off too), you'll be helped here and you'll find yourself feeling better and stronger in no time. Everyone here has a big heart and want to help you get in shape, stay in shape, and live a long healthy life.

Can't say enough good things about this gym. Don't be intimidated that it's a power lifting gym, They start you out at whatever level you are capable and help you improve on any weaknesses you may have as any good gym should! I did crossfit for two years prior to coming here and all I did was get an injury. Scott and the staff pay attention to detail and don't allow you to continue a movement if form if off. I've learned so much in a short period of time because the coaches here take time out to work with you individually and accommodate any injuries you may have. For me it wasn't about weight loss, I wanted to get strong enough to be a firefighter and they provided me just that! Getting aesthetically fit along the way was a bonus.
