Jenny did an excellent job with our dog Obi! She was very patient with him even though he can be difficult. Very reasonably priced as well.The dogs can play in the back together when done with their bath and she texted us pics to keep us updated!Be sure to make an appointment well in advance as they are busy

This place is so amazing!!Jenny is so great with my fur baby Kona. She absolutely loves going there. It's her spa day. Jenny has groomed all three mini schnauzers that we have had.

I bring my fur baby here and he is obsessed with this place. Jenny gave my golden doodle the cutest haircut and he comes home smelling so good. I feel very comfortable taking my pup here and know jenny will take good care of him.

I took my Goldendoodle named Lady in for her first haircut and Jenny was awesome. Lady was scarred and didn't want to go in, but Jenny knew exactly what to do. Very affordable, and Lady looks great.

WOW What a great experience I had with Dutch Touch-- Super positive all the time, very kind to me and Latte (my dog) fabulous grooming and they really cared about Him. When his skin was to dry they let me know. Latte was a rescue and a little nervous-they made him so so happy Great attention to detail and amazing customer service. Would give ten stars! We just came home from Kismet's first grooming with Linda and Jenny, and I could not be happier. THANK YOU. I am so impressed by the care they gave my 2.5 year old Cock-a-poo-doodle (rescue dog), as if Kissy was their own dog. I read all the reviews first too, and am thrilled to add another FIVE STAR endorsement here. The place is SPOTLESS, with lots of fresh air, and the dogs look really happy to be there. Kissy's summer cut is gorgeous (!) and she did not want to leave! That was never my experience with other groomers here in the OC nor in LA. Kissy was totally relaxed from the moment Linda scooped her up lovingly as I shared my vet notes with them this morning. They listened and when I came to pick up Kissy, Linda shared details of the grooming and reminded me to let her know if I want anything different in the cut next time around. I really appreciate their consideration to make Kissy feel comfortable, and to make sure I am satisfied with the outcome. THIS WAS A GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, for me and Kissy! We already booked our next appointment!

Dutch Touch has been our groomer for over 16 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Five Golden Retrievers, three at a time right now and one little Cavachon. They are very busy because they are very good. Some reviewers express frustration with getting in. It seems these are the people who are inflexible. If you want an appointment here you'll need to fit in their busy schedule. Do you want to go to a groomer that isn't busy? Think about it. The dogs love the open concept and getting to play with their friends. My dogs always look fabulous and they love going. Also the staff is very diligent about pointing out any abnormalities they may find so that we can decide if they need the attention of the Veterinarian.
