Nice selections but make sure you read the store policy on returns. They won’t give you your money back. Only store credit. I have been shopping here for years when I visit family and never made a return but tried to today (within 7 days) and they have not joined 2024 for refunds. It’s my fault for not reading the policy sooner but I will probably take my business to Common Threads down the road going forward when I come to visit - it’s a much better experience.

The place itself is ok but the service is lacking. I walked in and received no greeting or help finding my items. When I finally asked the young lady in the brown sweater for help looking for an item, she walked me directly to the front of the store and flat out said "Nope. Sorry. You can look somewhere else." Manager saw this and decided to ignore it. It was upsetting and became very clear they prefer to sell to certain demographics. I sincerely hope after they read this they restructure how they train their staff and how they treat future customers.

Bought a sweater here for Xmas. Their clothes were cute and organized for the most part. There was one person working and she gave quick service. Supporting local is the way to go. Fair prices

I was waiting for photos at the photo lab so I decided to stop in this shop and take a look. This was on a Thursday around 4pm. (1) I wasn't acknowledged by any of the 3 girls working. They were just standing around talking. This is something I cannot stand. It's rude. Your job is to make customers feel welcome and ask if they need help. (2) their clothing is extremely cheap looking. A lot of it was very out of date - nothing even remotely close to current trends. (3) There is WAY too much product in this store. It's insane. It's so cluttered - cluttered with awful product. Part of that could be the awful customer service and lack of greeting by those who work there (and poor management/buying). Definitely wouldn't recommend.

This boutique looks like a really bad knock off of a cute, aesthetic shop you would find in LA. The staff is so weird, condescending and impersonal. Shop here if you want to look like a Karen ready to call a manager.

Racist. Workers were only acknowledging the white people coming in. They kept an eye on me as if I was going to steal something. Not one person said hello or asked it needed help.

My boyfriend purchased this beautiful dress for me today! It's just enough fun to wear to an over the top wedding tomorrow at Disneyland! It's fitted in all the right places and it looks stunning with my Navajo turquoise necklace and vintage velvet jacket! Fun!

The manager here with the long hair is completely rude. She never asks if she can help or even acknowledges people when they come in. Not a great place to spend your hard earned money. And a sweet elderly lady walked in and said hello and they didn't even acknowledge her. I can't believe how poorly they treat their customers!!!

Awe I love the clothes and fun stuff so much but I have to say that 2 of the girls I've had encounters with have been so rude. I literally have to tell them to have a nice day and ask how they are. Not the friendliest staff with exception of one gal that I finally cracked ;). So... will continue to look at fab stuff I suppose but a work on customer care wouldn't hurt as the reviews clearly show.

I am appalled at the service here! I came in to browse while waiting for a to go food order and was approached by a gal that said she was the manager. She said we had an encounter a few months ago and my friend and I were asked to leave after one of us but a candle in our handbag. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!! I’ve shopped there several times and this is a first. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!! Being falsely accused is so very wrong!!!

I walked in today to browse while waiting for take out food and was told to leave! The gal that said she was the manager said I was in a couple months ago and put a candle in my bag. This is so not true!!! I told her she was mistaken. For goodness sake I had a mask on covering 3/4 of my face!!! I was shocked at her accusation. She was so very rude!!! I've never experienced anything like this. I will never go back!!!

I love this cute store. It always makes me happy when I walk in. Great, good brands, rails, wildfox, etc. Plus, it's located near Shirley's and Sidecar. Enjoy.

Love this store! Always have the cutest items, especially if you want a gift for a girlfriend or birthday. Adorable jewelry candles and clothes. Stuff is pricey but worth it :)

I love this boutique! I recently went in there looking for a couple special occasion dresses for my daughters 18th birthday. I was helped by Valerie! And she was so awesome! She was so friendly and super helpful and brought me several dresses to choose from in my daughters size! The brands and styles are perfect and so trendy. I bought three dresses, including a show stopper by For Love & Lemons. This will be my go to place for now on!
