Food was honestly better than expected. The staff was incredibly kind, even giving me a shake for free on one occasion when I was like 25¢ short. Atmosphere could use some work but that has nothing to do with Del Taco. It is just in a kind of shady area. Over all ill give them 4.7 stars.

Quick food to feed the kids. Drive thru was pleasantly fast. No mistakes. Courteous. Exactly what I was expecting worth Del Taco.

Sorry del taco, you lost my business, the cook won't make food as stated on the menu, apparently you don't care about customer satisfaction. I spoke with the manager, nice guy, however don't think he really caredJust said what he thought he had to say to appease me and get me off the phone

Yes it's fast food so your expectations should be realistic. With that said, the birria tacos are the best thing I've had at any Del Taco location. Are they the best I've had anywhere...no. But in America at a fast food chain, they are good. It's finally nice to have something well seasoned for me to order when people I know are constantly craving food from here.

Although I appreciate that it's not always their fault when these things happen, I had the impression that the cashier didn't know what he was doing and that the customer service was really poor. It all started when I placed my order on the app; I ended up calling about three minutes later regarding my order because I had ordered the fiesta pack plus additional items and had forgotten to request that all the bean and cheese burritos have green sauce rather than half and half. When I called the store, the cashier repeatedly asked for my name despite the fact that I had already given it to him; he then asked me how I had placed the order and he stated that upon checking they did NOT have my order so we then decided to just thank him and hang up. We then decided once I confirmed all of our info was correct we just decided to walk in. When we walked in we went up to the cashier and told him we had an online order and gave my name, he then told us again they didn't have our order and we showed him our receipt and we saw him checking the order que and after a few taps he found our order and they started on it. It became very busy and several people started to pack the lobby. We then waited about 30-40 minutes for our order to be ready, the food came out correctly, however we ordered 6 mini shakes (5 chocolate, 1 strawberry) before we left we realized we were missing the strawberry shake, so we waiting a few minutes for him to make our shake. Once our shake was ready my husband realized it was VERY WATERY so he questioned them about it and the manager informed him that that's how the machine makes the shakes so my husband then decided it wasn't worth it so he requested a refund and told him we'd be going elsewhere. Once we got in the car we realized all the chocolate shakes were the same WATERY consistency so with that said the whole experience was very disappointing. It felt like such a waste of our time, no apologies were made about the long wait time to us, nor the other guests who were waiting along side us, there was also no receipts given to any of the customers that were waiting, so they would call out orders and people were left to guess if it was their order which visibly made some of the customers upset and led them to make remarks about not only the wait times but stating that they don't know what their order number was because they did NOT get a receipt. The one good thing I can say is that the restaurant itself was well kept and clean. I understand it can be stressful we've all been in situations where we are short staffed but you make it through and try to provide the best customer service but unfortunately we didn't get that today. I hope this review helps to improve the experience of future customers.
