If I could give 0 stars. An employee johnathon is literally the most rude person in the staff at the pharmacy. He is constantly rude, demeaning and yells at me every single time I have to call about any medication making it a nightmare every single time I have to call. He does not belong working in a position at a pharmacy. He loves to abuse power and treat people poorly.

I believe the slack of work and being effortless when coming towards my daughters who is a toddler who needs to get her meds thru me and they decide not to pick up or answer a very important ? call

This Minute Clinic is difficult at best. This is not regarding the pharmacy there. The pharmacy has always been great. I checked on my PPO insurance website and they were listed as a covered provider. I double checked on the CVS Minute Clinic app and it also listed my specific insurance and plan as being a provider. The check in nurse was very sweet but the nurse practitioner seemed to be on some power trip looking for ways to be difficult. Everything on their website as well as my insurance website said they were a provider yet they insisted I pay up front for the visit and all lab fees. They wouldn't send the bill to the network and if there was a balance I'd pay it. If I paid it as a cash patient (which she insisted I had to do) I would not have been able to get reimbursed from my insurance as they only pay providers. She also insisted I get a bunch of lab work that wasn't necessary for the prescription I was asking for. I drove to another urgent care center immediately and was treated and given the urgent prescription I needed right away. No labs were required. So much for caring about your patients.

What in the methamphetamine is going on with the organization plans in this store. It literally makes no sense. There are christmas presents spread out all through out the store . There are hair products in several different isles at least five. I just went in there to find this little gift tote thing. I had grabbed at a different c v s to see if they have any left at this one, There was at least 8 different places bunched up with different merchandise. I was sure it would be a part of if they had it in stock. And then finally on my way out. The door hiding at the very front wall of the store I see them. It makes no sense how this is Is organized if you're looking for something specific I would not be going to this one. On the other hand they seem to have a lot of products that may be some other cvs's do not carry And they do have some cute little things set up it's just a headache.

Terrible price (marketing) strategy here in the supplement section. Ridiculous HIGH prices w/buy 1 get 1 free attached or buy get 1/2 off. They should just focus on low price instead of trying to force you to buy more than you need.I couldn't believe the insane prices on candy before Halloween. Terrible marketing strategy.

The pharmacy at this location has extremely slow service. The pharmacy drive-thru should not be taking over 15 minutes per car. CVS needs to work on expediting this service, especially if prescriptions are placed in advanced and should already be ready to go once clients are given the notification for pick up.

The worst experience ever!!!I pulled into the drive thru to pick up a medication that was ready. When I was asked if I was picking up, I said yes and gave my name and birthdate. She ignored that and was saying something about the app.I'm deaf in my left ear and couldn't hear her because of traffic on Baker.I offered to give her my phone. Again, she ignored what I said and continued to mention the app.I finally left without myNext time I'll simply say I don't have the app or simply go somewhere else where this problem doesn't existmedication. If she would have taken my name and DOB we would have been doneHorrible service. This happened today at 12:35Please train your employees properly

If you currently use CVS as your pharmacy stop. They don't care about you, they don't listen, and they will short you on a prescription without telling you why or asking. My husband is a type 1 diabetic, he uses 100ml of insulin a day so his prescription clearly says 10 vials every 90 days. Every time we went to pick this up they would only give us 9 vials, claiming the insurance was blocking it. I called the insurance and they said no, you have a prior authorization you are allowed 10 vials. I bring this authorization to the pharmacy IN PERSON and they wouldn't even look at it. I had to insist and even after seeing the approval they still told me no, you're only allowed 9 vials. They did not offer to call insurance, they did not apologize for this misunderstanding that has gone on for MONTHS, they did not help me in any way. I continued to ask why they were refusing a prior authorization from a doctor and my insurance, and the manager eventually told me that if they give me 10, the math doesn't add up and as a result they won't be paid. So first of all, your math is wrong because 100 divided by 10 is 10. So 10 vials, not 9 is the answer, basic fact. Second of all, you literally just admitted to me that your company paycheck is more important than my husband's life. I left and immediately called his doctor to have his prescriptions switched to a Sav-on pharmacy which filled his prescription, NO PROBLEM. We walked away with 10 vials like we are supposed to. CVS does not care about you or your family, all they care about is money money money. Don't use any CVS for your prescriptions, go literally anywhere else..

Do not buy gift cards from them; they are scammed and they won't refund you. Opened a brand new gift card and the numbers were scratched off!
