Went to the pharmacy and they wouldn't sell me syringes I needed for my meds when the LAW says otherwise. Super unprofessional and rude will be reporting to the board of pharmacy. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to tell me that.

This is a one of the worst CV s's. I visited. I continue having problems of wasting my time because either. They say my prescriptions ready when it's not. They send it to the wrong place. Are there out of it? I've wasted more than 8 different times coming over here. I would not recommend this Cvs. Any one that needs prescriptions filled I would go do another c v s

Thank you to the CVS team for their excellent customer service and genuine heart for people. That Joel Showalter runs a tight ship and allows the team to be running at its best. Give them any item to find and they can find it. They really cannot fail at what they do.

This store has had a massive shift since last year. If I was writing this review last year, it would have been a totally different story. Now, the management has turned the store around. It is always well stocked, has the best staff, and the manager goes above and beyond whenever I need assistance. I highly recommended this CVS. It is the absolute best one I’ve found in SoCal.

There was a girl named Dayane in the store. She was very rude. Within 5 minutes of my friend and I entering the store, she came over to us and said to us” this is not a place for hangout, you guys should leave” I'm really confused. If the store doesn't let customers see the products, how can we choose the products we need? And she said very arrogantly that if you have any problems you can go to my manager, so I communicated with the manager and asked her to apologize, she refused to apologize and walked away. She said these rude things for no reason and as an Asian, I feel insulted and discriminated by her. The manager said this girl said this to many customers, I'm really curious as to why such people can continue to work. Does CVS allow these store employees to discriminate and insult customers? Is racial discrimination an appropriate behavior for a cvs store?

We came to the store after finishing dinner nearby. We stayed nomore than 10 minutes. As we were browsing, we noticed a toy with a "try me" button, which led us to believe it was okay to press it. A staff member named Dayane later approached us and informed us that this was not a suitable place to hang out, so we left. However, we later returned, thinking it was an overreaction on her part. The store supervisor then explained that there had been issues with people loitering/ stealing in the store. So what makes her think we are potential thieves? This experience left us with a negative impression, and we won't be returning to this store.

I have had nothing more than such a fantastic experience shopping here. I do feel bad for how undervalued each worker is now a days, they are all always so kind and helpful. I just don't see how people will tend to ruin the employment staff by being disrespectful always yelling at them and never allowing them to speak its always I need a manager because you just are so disrespectful to me(yes I witnessed people treat the employees poorly on a daily). As much as these people try their hardest to continue improving on the store, they gave out candy this Halloween just to be generous to everyone. If you truly want a fantastic experience just pay them with respect as if they ARE HUMAN BEINGS and not be so rude and harsh to these poor people who always are understaffed unfortunately. I love this location and will continue to shop here each day even if I don't want to buy anything Ill still go in and grab some gum or candy just to check on the employees and make their day just a lil more beautiful. Businesses only function when the consumers work with them not make it more difficult. Everyone always wonders why no one works and it's because no one like to deal with ignorant people that make it such a challenge to do your shift so you can afford life.
