I purchased a tent for the beach yesterday and when my family and I tried putting it together the sticks were broken, so we weren’t able to use it. Instead we had to sit in the sun with no shade. This is my first time purchasing an item like this from CVS because I was told by many of there customers through my blog the tents were made cheap. So I always went to target. I wanted to try the item myself, so I went to cvs and bought it and yes people were correct it was made cheap. I paid a lot for it and am really disappointed. CVS is one of my favorite stores but I will never purchase an item of this kind there again.

In comparison with other CVS around, I feel an environment of community and it seems like they go out of their way to help the customers.

I love this location’s pharmacy. Alex has always been extra nice and always goes above and beyond to serve me every time I went to the pharmacy to pick up meds. Good job Alex!

Feb 14th 6:05ish pm... the pharmacy staff are wonderful and this has nothing to do with them and some other kid who worked the floors is very pleasant. But I have a different scenario with the front lanes. Spent money. Then wanted to use a coupon on some more items. A member in training to be manager was the RUDEST employee I've ever encountered in my entire life. I got in line and then got in line again to make up my mind on a big purchase while not wasting time and being courteous of other customers while I was thinking about a big purchase. When I got in line with the store manager. She was rushing me big time so when I left, I thought some more and decided screw it, I'll just buy a couple and not all 6. Money isn't an issue for me but Im trying to practice self control when it comes to purchasing certain things cause last week I spent a little over 1,000 dollars on Pokemon lol so that's why I was taking a second to decide.... so ya, Im 33 and make 6k a month AFTER taxes which is almost 100k a year. I was well dressed and wearing expensive clothing so me looking "homeless" was not the issue here. So I got back in line and I thought Joe would be more pleasant and not rush me. I was calculating the price for two seconds and he said I'm gonna have to step aside cause there's a line. He was very rude and aggressive and quick to jump on exacerbating this whole scenario. I said "ok I'm just thinking really quick." I have NEVER been so rushed at CVS LOL IT WAS CRAZY!!!! he said "I was wasting time getting in line before this with the store manager" and I said "no actually I was kind and didn't waste time, I let people go before me and got back in line." He said "you're taking too long to decide" Hahaha what a horrible pick to be the next manager. He needs serious training on customer service first. It's a CVS. People can wait. I'm the manager at my shop and if a customer takes time, I kindly let them. I have people skills. This guy was so unprofessional and after I pointed out how rude he was being, he said verbatim "you're ridiculous." WOW lol He doesn't know how to talk to people respectfully and definitely didn't seem concerned like CVS wouldn't give him a consequence. You can tell he enjoys telling people off. He can't control himself. He worked himself up when the situation wasn't even a big deal to begin with. I took a little long deciding on something to buy? And I was courteous of employees and customers and kept getting in the back of line while deciding and to him he said "I'm ridiculous and was wasting time!" That's not for you to decide little buddy! Lol What customer rep., let alone a manager in training gets to tell a customer that they're wasting and taking up time? It's my time, not yours! And you're here to do a service. Did you forget you're at work? Getting paid by CVS to provide good customer service? When I looked at his name tag he said so aggressively "it's Joe, now leave!" I have never dealt with such a rude, miserable human in my life. I literally was so happy to go back in there and have him help me and he was so unprofessional and rude and the store manager didn't even seem to care. He is clearly racist against white people and lesbians. That's the exact energy I got from him. Don't make him a manager, you'll definitely be sorry. He has anger issues and argues with customers and seemed like he wanted to jump over the table and hurt me. It was scary and made me uncomfortable. Probably on drugs. Gonna ask corp. to look at the cameras to see how pleasant I was and how insane he was and how the store manager didn't do anything to calm him down. That was so embarrassing for me. He and the manager need to have a sit down. Please investigate this and this individuals work ethic and maybe the store manager too. She was nice but a bit rushing and didn't apologize for his behavior o

Shoutout to Alex at the Pharmacy! After recently switching to a new insurance, I needed a place to send my prescriptions. I chose a tried and true CVS near my house (and learned yesterday that they have different hours for the pharmacy on Sundays). In any case, I popped in during the "after work" hour and saw a few folks in line in front of me. Alex was working the pharmacy counter and made pleasant chat in both English and Spanish with the patrons in front of me. She was both friendly and efficient, and made it quickly to me in no time. I only had one prescription and wasn't able to pull up the barcode from my text confirmation (newb here who hasn't yet downloaded the CVS app...). She was happy to take my name and birthday instead and promptly pulled out my prescription. We exchanged some laughs and I was on my way! I hope she's working every time I come in - I think I'll have to make a habit of stopping by on Monday evenings if I can!

I was just there to pick up my meds . The pharmacist ,"Ash"told me if I don't respond to my messages to find another pharmacy . What ???? I can't believe how rude he was, with a smile and a laugh as he walked away.. I got the message at 10:17 am and I was there at 10:30.

Alex at the pharmacy is the worst. I've been going there twenty years with no complaints until now. No accountability. Don't go there if you can help it. Zero stars !!!

Cvs was a great experience for a quick drink and snack for my shift at work down the street. The employees greeted me at the door and the cashier helping me was very helpful got me in and out very quickly

This is a pretty nice Cvs! They have tons of greeting cards! They also have a lot of different flavors of Pedialyte in case you're having a colonoscopy. The line is really long so you have to be patient while checking out. They are definitely understaffed.

This is my first time leaving a review but I felt it completely necessary considering how rude the employee KRYSTAL was that helped me. I signed up for the Extracare subscription in which I'm given $10 store credit each month. I picked out some $3 Halloween candy and attempted to pay with my rewards. But Krystal, in a very rude and condescending manner, told me I can't use my rewards because "it's not a gift card!" No one explained to me that the $10 reward had to be spent all at once. And I'm ok with that, I just was unaware. The person that signed me up told me I could use that $10 credit whenever. But it was her deliberate and pretentious choice of words that made me feel as if I was doing something to insult her. Hey, I've worked retail many years and I know it can be miserable. But if you hate your job, then quit. Don't try to ruin everyone else's day with your absolute TRASH customer service. I hope management reads this and offers her more training on how to treat customers and humans in general. Upon leaving the store, she accused a young man of stealing. The security guard searched him and he didn't have anything. Pretty public-slander-y if you ask me. Krystal, sorry ur in a bad place in life but if you can't put your ill feelings towards others aside in the workplace, maybe look into working at a dog food factory. Thanks!

This is my go to CVS store. Alex at the pharmacy is great. She calls me by name when I'm in the store. Sign up for the Care Pass app. It save me so much money. Only negative is everything is locked up due to the high theft in the area. Great go to store. Thanks.
