We only come to this Pharmacy for Alex!!! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Always so caring and friendly and gets to know her people!!! I will literally go to a different store in that shopping center and pop in to CVS just yo say hi and see her smiling face!!! We love you Alex!!!!! Love Jamie and Noah♥️

Really?!Both of your restrooms are "out of service"AT THE SAME TIME...???And the caviler way the manager said it...I call B.S.CA Law requires markets and dine in restaurants to have public restroomsStaff confirmed...restroom are usually "out of service"Lady, you are a bad liar

This is a pretty nice Cvs! They have tons of greeting cards! They also have a lot of different flavors of Pedialyte in case you're having a colonoscopy. The line is really long so you have to be patient while checking out. They are definitely understaffed.

This is my first time leaving a review but I felt it completely necessary considering how rude the employee KRYSTAL was that helped me. I signed up for the Extracare subscription in which I'm given $10 store credit each month. I picked out some $3 Halloween candy and attempted to pay with my rewards. But Krystal, in a very rude and condescending manner, told me I can't use my rewards because "it's not a gift card!" No one explained to me that the $10 reward had to be spent all at once. And I'm ok with that, I just was unaware. The person that signed me up told me I could use that $10 credit whenever. But it was her deliberate and pretentious choice of words that made me feel as if I was doing something to insult her. Hey, I've worked retail many years and I know it can be miserable. But if you hate your job, then quit. Don't try to ruin everyone else's day with your absolute TRASH customer service. I hope management reads this and offers her more training on how to treat customers and humans in general. Upon leaving the store, she accused a young man of stealing. The security guard searched him and he didn't have anything. Pretty public-slander-y if you ask me. Krystal, sorry ur in a bad place in life but if you can't put your ill feelings towards others aside in the workplace, maybe look into working at a dog food factory. Thanks!

This is my go to CVS store. Alex at the pharmacy is great. She calls me by name when I'm in the store. Sign up for the Care Pass app. It save me so much money. Only negative is everything is locked up due to the high theft in the area. Great go to store. Thanks.

I was completely shocked about this customer service worker esther attuide she was being rude to a couple infront of us just because he was curious if he had any points even though the man had a hearing aid her response was so disrespectful as well as her tone and when it was our turn she also responded in such a disrespectful manner I understand not everyone has Goodmornings but maybe don't work somewhere we're u have to interact with customers

Horrible customer service as soon as I walked in a manager I suppose as he wasn't wearing the red shirt, asked if we needed any help which at first didn't take too serious as maybe he was being helpful although we didn't look lost at all we were just grabbing drinks we were ordering a pizza from nearby and had passed by for drinks and as we were just waiting talking he approaches again saying we couldn't "hang out" and it was "time for us to leave" even though we had a drink in our hands obviously purchasing something. Experience was overall uncomfortable and mind you we were there for just 5 minutes tops.

I've been coming to this CVS ever since I started living here 10 months ago and I've had no problems I go in today to get my meds and some other things I noticed it said no public restrooms I was told to put my backpack down which I was never told before which I could tell there was thefts and I said how long has this been going on I was told a month then I go to get to my meds and I see they're buzzing people into the restrooms i went to get some sodas and some coffee creamer and I see plenty of women wearing backpacks this should apply to everyone both men and women are capable of stealing and I was singled out because of my gender this was an offense to my gender they were trying to make feel bad for being a man and I called and talked to the supervisor I didn't catch his name but he said that I fit the description I never stole anything in my life and I have a very distinct look I highly doubt some 6'7 man came in and stole a 24 pack of beer I could see if it was someone who was 6'0 or something like that but very few people are my height so if I fit the description how come I wasn't arrested and what because I'm male that's gender profiling someone needs to fire this supervisor I was gender profiled and a lot of profiling goes on in Costa Mesa the cops constantly pull over people and racially profile them it sucks that all of this has to happen in my generation I hope this doesn't happen to future generations but yeah screw that supervisor and screw this CVS I switched my meds to a different one

KARI "the supervisor" today was extremely rude and she's quite the mess. I paid $251.83 today so I don't appreciate her attitude from beginning to end. She opened the glass for eye drops after I rang the assistance bell and I grabbed two boxes of double vial Pataday eye drops (which are not cheap as they are $39.79 a box) and told her I couldn't reach the 3 boxes I needed in the back. The 3 double vial boxes hiding behind the single vial boxes. When I asked for her help in getting them for me she refused and said : "Aren't they all the same thing?" Which was obviously snide. Kari was being lazy and had a bad customer attitude. I said: "No they aren't all the same thing. Look for yourself. Do you think I'm just asking you to reach for boxes in the back just because?" She didnt apologize and got the 3 boxes and didnt acknowledge that she was wrong. Then I had to tell her THREE times that I needed Blink eye drops as well while simultaneously pointing at them. The third time she goes, which ones? So I pointed to the glass and said "These" and pointed right at them so that she couldn't miss it if blind. She snapped back even though I'm a paying customer and said: Saying theeeese doesn't help me. And I told her: Well I said I needed the Blink eye drops the first two times and that didn't help did it? Again she didn't apologize and asked me again which Blink eye drops after she actually opened the glass. I mean, your going to argue back? Get with it! That's the 4th time you asked me!! Then in weird tone she said that sheeee needed to walk all of the boxes herself. I said by all means go ahead. She walked halfway and dropped them. She's an idiot. I complained to Derek the other manager and he claimed that he would talk to her. The cashier w long brown hair at the front was very nice. He was awesome. There is also a funny pharmacist here that I really like that tells a lot of jokes. KARI sucks. I do request a GM call about this. I don't appreciate spending that much money to have a supervisor here argue with me when I did nothing wrong. I'm a customer!
