I have had nothing more than such a fantastic experience shopping here. I do feel bad for how undervalued each worker is now a days, they are all always so kind and helpful. I just don't see how people will tend to ruin the employment staff by being disrespectful always yelling at them and never allowing them to speak its always I need a manager because you just are so disrespectful to me(yes I witnessed people treat the employees poorly on a daily). As much as these people try their hardest to continue improving on the store, they gave out candy this Halloween just to be generous to everyone. If you truly want a fantastic experience just pay them with respect as if they ARE HUMAN BEINGS and not be so rude and harsh to these poor people who always are understaffed unfortunately. I love this location and will continue to shop here each day even if I don't want to buy anything Ill still go in and grab some gum or candy just to check on the employees and make their day just a lil more beautiful. Businesses only function when the consumers work with them not make it more difficult. Everyone always wonders why no one works and it's because no one like to deal with ignorant people that make it such a challenge to do your shift so you can afford life.

The staff name Dayane here was so rude. We were walking around in the store and looking at the product, and we were talking to each other. The lady just came over suddenly and said that I will ask you to leave, this is not a place to hang out. Like wtf?

There was a girl named Dayane in the store. She was very rude. Within 5 minutes of my friend and I entering the store, she came over to us and said to us" this is not a place for hangout, you guys should leave" I'm really confused. If the store doesn't let customers see the products, how can we choose the products we need? And she said very arrogantly that if you have any problems you can go to my manager, so I communicated with the manager and asked her to apologize, she refused to apologize and walked away. She said these rude things for no reason and as an Asian, I feel insulted and discriminated by her. The manager said this girl said this to many customers, I'm really curious as to why such people can continue to work. Does CVS allow these store employees to discriminate and insult customers? Is racial discrimination an appropriate behavior for a cvs store?

This store is a disaster. Stock always seems to be low on everything - half of it is locked up anyways. It's easier to order stuff from Amazon at this point because there's never anyone around to help. The pharmacy NEEDS to post their lunch time closure and be consistent with it. Apparently this store is 1:30-2, which isn't posted anywhere online, the app, or the store. But I've also been in there when they closed it at 12:30 for lunch. Get it together, seems basic enough. I can't wait to move and use a different pharmacy.

This CVS pharmacy is a joke. They lack in professionalism and customer service. It seems like they do not want to provide even basic customer service. If you pull up to the drive through window to pick up a prescription, do not expect to be greeted. If and when you are eventually greeted, you can expect them to not give a crap. I understand the pharmacists are busy but acknowledging a customer is so easy. Oh and not to mention, I've had pharmacists here question my prescriptions and ask why I am taking them. Correct me if I am wrong, but that's none of their business. Incredibly unprofessional location.

The checkout takes forever. Very slow service. I came here to grab a Covid test, some baby wipes, vitamin C packets and Niquil. Stood there forever in-line and the line wasn't moving. Two cashiers up there, but moving slow and taking forever with customers: I felt sick (thought it was the flu), and just wanted to get in and out. Grab what I needed and bounce. That was the plan. But these people operate so slow. Like seriously, do your jobs please. This is incredibly annoying when you don't feel well. And it turned out that I actually had Covid, not the flu. I finally tested when I got home and it was positive. Sad day. I wish I did the order ahead and drive up option somewhere for a test and medications. That would have been more time efficient.

Worst customer service! Was here today at 1:30pm with my brother bought some items and asked the lady (red hair glasses with straight across bangs) if we could split the bill she said no only if we pay cash for half. I always split at CVS and they never have an issue with it just this store I guess.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I have never shopped at a worse CVS! This location used to be friendly and helpful but in the last couple of years, the service has gotten absolutely horrible! Every time that I think that I'll give it another try, I am treated worse than the previous visit. Thanks CVS, lesson learned. I will pick RiteAid in the future.

I always have a great experience at the pharmacy and the young woman at the cash register in the front of the store was extremely friendly. I was having a rough day and Jessica was so sweet. She recommended some yummy chocolates. Definitely changed my mood. Thank you Jessica!

Came in this morning because their website showed they restock on at home COVID test and very rude man answered "didn't you see the front there's nothing, sold out" I replied ok but you guys receive daily packages and I'm asking if you received any this morning (it's 8am) and rudely replied again if I didn't see the front. I said okay you could just kindly reply no we didn't receive any this morning Instead of getting all rude when asked a question this early thank you. No wonder this place has 2 stars compared to other locations.

I would put zero star in this one if i can!! pls do not come to this rx! they have no ethical values on their profession, dont want to think *how they pass rx exam? or are they just sale people that help out* let me tell u this why: 1. Theres no sense of hippa violation at this place. they will call n ask u personal questions that other customers would hear. like: when i picked up a prescription my MD ordered. She was like: are u pregnant? bec this meds are for abortion!! *was like... excuse me? i hve tampoons in my hands rt now plus, do i look pregnant to u? i dont want to elaborate more but stupid questions like this shouldnt b tolerated at this place! 2. While they have u waiting. they will talk n laugh loudly speaking their language.. for a min there. i turned around and ask myself, wait.. where am i rt now? my nail appt is not till later!! dont get me wrong, i dont care really but hey this is the effin pharmacy! mind ur work before u make a mistake giving wrong medications to the pts!! Lastly, i would never go back to be insulted again with this kind of people!! be professional and learn ur ethics!!

I usually don't leave reviews but I am so frustrated with their pharmacy. I was prescribed an inhaler that would be $100 with insurance and given a coupon that would cover the cost for 3 months. I have never used a coupon to cover prescriptions so I gave both the coupon and prescription order to the pharmacy staff and told it would be an hour wait. I was standing there about 10 minutes trying to drop it off and was ignored until I really tried to get their attention. I was given attitude even though I was polite. They never texted me when it was ready so I ended up just going the next day to check on it. When I was picking up the prescription the pharmacist told me it was going to be $100. I was confused and asked about the coupon which they then told me I would have to activate, I didn't have an issue with that, but I wish they had told me when I dropped it off. I asked if I could have the coupon so I could activate it, but they must've thrown it away or something so the pharmacist gave me a phone number to call and an ID I would need. I called and activated it yesterday and just went in to pick it up. Same thing, $100 payment. If I had the money I would just pay for it, but I'm 21 and in college so I'm a bit strapped to pay $100 a month for a prescription. I completely understand that they can't do anything about it, but have been really unhelpful with this whole process and always give attitude. I wouldn't leave a negative review if they had just been nice about it, but they make me feel like I'm wasting their time. tldr: The pharmacy staff is really rude
