My intent was to sell.
I paid carful attention to the seasonal purchasing criteria. Brought in vintage and high fashion name brand items. Pressed and fresh with zero blemishes. I didn't expect much, however never anticipated a pretty much wasted trip after a 4 hour wait.
The staff don't really give off fashion knowledge vibes.
Maybe I will try another location.
I think if the store was organized better, cleaner and more attractive, they would probably sell more clothes resulting to needing better inventory.

This spot never misses. They always keep up with the latest trends and are so very friendly. Only problem I have is the amount of self control I need to have before walking in because I could easily walk out with hundreds of dollars worth of gems. From chill sweats to STAPLE pieces. They have it all.

If you go to recycle your clothing they tell you may wait while shopping inside the store and they'd call you in 15 minutes.....it's a tramp!....they just want you to browse and buy from them.. they will call you to sell your items in more than 2 hours.

Pretty understaffed on the selling side. There should be more than one person if the queue is more than 10 people. taking more than two hours to go through a list is a bit insane.

They prices your item even brand name and excellence condition for $10 or 20. so dont waste your time there. I dont want to give them any star but I don't have a choice

Today is the last time i would come here. Brought some bags in to sell and was number 4 on the list. I asked the guy at the front if I could change my order to be called instead. He said yes don't worry, and then Took me off the list. Super rude.

Crossroads is literally my QUEEEN. I come like 10 times a month lol. It's the only place I buy clothing. They have bought a lot from me. Sometimes they don't accept certain things but it's understandable if certain items aren't very "in style" or not of high quality or in season. Sometimes it also depends on the person! I love Crossroads and I make everyone go here with me and they love it too. The workers are almost always so kind and helpful. Prices are usually very good. I feel like I always find the best deals, the Crossroads Gods are on my side. Sometimes you'll find fast fashion upsold but it's rare. They do their best to accept quality pieces. If you're wondering why you can't find the goodies, I probably snatched it all up already.

There are some cool finds here but I still find it very expensive for secondhand clothing. I found a nice polo shirt but it was snagged and they only offered 10% off. Plus my trade in didn't cover tax. So I was still owing $35 on a damaged shirt !!!!!!!! They wouldn't give more discount. Not sure how they would even resell it with a line on the front of the shirt with missing thread. I got it for now and will take the next few days to decide if I want to keep it. On top of that, I get home and noticed that one of the shirts I bought HAS A SECURITY TAG STILL ON IT!!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. The people working there are very nice. But attention to detail is subpar unfortunately. I'm considering returning this item, not sure if it's worth it after all the trouble.... Also You barely get much for trading in. But better than nothing I guess.

Love to shop, but won't sell again. I waited two hours for a buyer to look at my things. The staff all seemed miserable. At the end she said she took two things and was offering me $24. She wouldn't tell me what items she took when I asked. When I got home, I looked through the bag and noticed that they actually took 6 items. So basically they stole 4 items from me. Won't be going back. Super sad because I've always had excellent experiences at other locations.

Great place for good clothing finds. The staff is super pretentious. I've been going here for years and they just seem to hire a specific type of person who feels empowered by talking down to you. A lot of ego for being minimum wage at a thrift store.

The staff is always great and helpful. They explain the process and answer all questions. The wait has never been too long no matter how long the lines have been because the staff is efficient and keep the process going without any lags.
