Update: I received my last refill of suppositories from creative 2 months ago. They were all melted by the time they arrived. I then switched to a different pharmacy. I'm so glad I no longer have to deal with melted medicine from Creative that cost more, but also realized my new pharmacy makes better and more effective suppositories.

Creative Compounding merged with another pharmacy and the quality of the medication is poor. They no longer deliver to your home. The medication was in transit in the mail for 10 days. My Maine Coon cat died shortly after the merger. His medication was transdermal and the consistency and texture completely changed with this new merger. Don't risk it. I was never informed that a merger was taking place. Prior to this merger the quality and service were excellent.

I've been using Creative Compound for my pets hypertensive medication for the last year. Each time they've always delivered quality medications, great customer service. I love how updated they keep me in regards to when the vet responds to refill requests, estimated ship dates, and when medications have been dropped off ( I'm never home to receive)I used another service for a new medication and they did not provide any of these options. I'll be sticking with Creative Compound.They are always quick to answer any questions regarding the medications ( taken with food/ without/ etc) and work so well with my schedule. I often switch up the delivery address and they're always happy to change the address for me.Also the flavorings always make me smile, my pup loves them too!

New Staff on phones, changes....I changed to West Cliff Compounding Pharmacy in Costa Mesa. Creative Compounding was good in beginning and better than my previous one. Pleasant, until bad syringes one time use when I paid for reusable (equal to what was available on Amazon). Also, they agreed to a price match for a 3 months supply and they gave me 2 months at the 3 months' price. When I brought the price and amount to their attention they did not care, that was it. I needed the medicine for my service dog Louis, so I paid the price. They do have a delivery service.

Creative Compounding Pharmacy is awesome!! They have gone above and beyond is servicing our needs!! I have a little Yorkie that has to take Pimobendon! They have helped in keeping her supplied! They are quick to fill our order. Everyone is so kind!! Thank you to the staff at Creative Compounding Pharmacy!!

Absolutely the worse! Run from this place. Rude owners and horrible staff. They talk down to you like your a child. I was to have a refill. They lost it and would not help. Move on to a business that actually CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

I highly recommend Creative Compounding Pharmacy. Everyone was courteous and professional. I needed meds for my cat and Carol went out of her way to help me figure out the best way to administer the medication. She was thorough and I felt she was also very compassionate. Thank you so much.

This pharmacy is absolutely fantastic. I was referred to them from a VCA Veterinary facility. I order meds for a senior dog and they are always there for me with reminder phone calls, deliveries, you name it. I have worked with Tina and Denise both of which are great. I cannot say enough about this pharmacy except to add they are a blessing! Thank you for all you do.

They: filled prescrition right away, caring,detailed, quick service, geniuine caring, offered free delivery service, eager to answer questions, they go over how to use suspension medicine, the medicine comes with free oral syringes with caps and bottle that has a better dispensing inner top, they explained what removes the measuring numbers, offer flavoring, and very clean facility. They are far better than the previous one, who mislead three times which day they would fill it, finally they filled it 4 days after promised (as my dog waited for his first medicine for heart problems). The other compounding pharmists only wanted to socialize among themselves than explain to a customer how to measure medicine. Creative Pharmacy is a far better pharmacy!!!

I will not use any other pharmacy. Denise and Carol are the best. Very expert in this field and very friendly and pleasant. Always go above and beyond to be accommodating. I highly recommend Creative Compounding Pharmacy.

Denyce and Carol are detail orientated and efficient when filling scripts. They are also caring and invested in making your expierence a pleasant one. I wouldnt go anywhere else! They have made us feel like family, I can't get that at a big pharmacy where you are just a number. We LOVE them!

Simply put, Creative Compounding Pharmacy is fast, professional, and knowledgeable. The difference is pretty clear between CCP and other pharmacies. They really know what they're doing here. Maybe because it's owned and operated by a pharmacist? Maybe because they're not corporate-owned? They certainly provide great customer service at a reasonable price. Their hours are not always very convenient, but I guess that goes along with all of the positives that I've mentioned. As far as I'm concerned, CCP sets the gold standard for pharmacies in Orange County and I highly recommend them.

This review has been a long time coming. Denise and Carol are two of the most wonderful human beings I've ever met! We use them for our fur baby's compounded prescription for an auto-immune disease and liver disease. They have helped get our baby right on track after having s crazy scare. They're always so warm and welcoming and always have a treat to go with Potatoes' medication. There's absolutely not other compounding pharmacy I would trust with his medication. We moved to D.C. for a year and they mailed us his medication and we'll now be moving to SF and they still be mailing us his medication. There is just no pharmacy like theirs. Again, Carol and Denise are absolutely amazing! Potatoes loves you!
