Like all Crate & Barrels this location is stacked full of all of the stuff you would expect from this retail giant. This location has two floors. Thus, the various departments are nicely separated and the store is easy to navigate. One of the best things about this location is that it is very open and airy. Whether you were visiting during the day, where natural light easily flows in, or at night, where you can look out onto the nighttime horizon, shopping at the store is always a great experience.The staff here is very helpful. They are happy to guide you towards whatever purchase you are seeking to make. They, of course, have all the answers to all the questions.Overall, if you're looking for what Crate & Barrel has to offer, this is one of the best locations in the SoCal area to go and purchase those items.

don't have one by us so went to an outlet one in Alexandria VA as it was across from our hotel. Everything in there so plain and generic. Prices "reasonable" I guess but I checked out the quality. Since it's an outlet, everything was even lower price I guess. But 9.99 for a plain white bowl/pottery the same quality I see in the dollar store doesn't seem to be a great deal. Things made in china; fabrics thinner. Reminds me of IKEA quality. It's not think this is a luxury brand and found nothing in there non generic. Glassware, pans/dishes, lamps whatever. The only nicer items was a couple of the cooking utensils but 24.95 for a whisk is a lot???? No thanks. I bought nothing

Last week I went in for an interview for a job at the store that I'm abundantly qualified for. It seemed to go well, but I guess not. Regardless, she promised to call me back by Monday to let me know whether she wanted to hir me.The store manager who had interviewed me, Shea, is unprofessional. She never seems to be available when I need to speak with her, and she doesn't keep her word when promising to make a phone call or return one. She is condescending in a subtlely sarcastic way, which falsely indicated to me the interview had gone well. She evidently has no respect for my time. There is no way in this world she found fifty people more qualified than me, and she apparently doesn't have the courage to tell me what her decision was and why.

Purchased dinning chairs and a bed frame with the understanding that the items will arrive in September However the bed frame was delivered damaged which was taken back however Crate and Barrel is now stating we have to wait another month til November for a bed frame? It sounds like they do not actually stock any furniture in their warehouses and purchases from a vendor when you purchase your item. Called support to see what can be done perhaps expedite the shipment but they basically told me to kick rocks. Support told me that it's dependent on their vendor and nothing can be done how do these businesses not have anything they sell on the showroom floor in stock?

The delivery schedules are wrong, nobody wants deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays except after noon, it is seen that they exploit those who make deliveries with more than 10 deliveries a day, they are not interested in the well-being of the workers, buy in more places humanitarians with staff

Crate&Barrel's inventory control has failed on this delivery. My name is on the packaging label, the wrong product is in the box. The correct product appears to not be available at the same store that handled the order. Crate&Barrel has not yet offered to credit my money and pick up the wrong product. Poor inventory control and poor customer service.

Probably okay quality & price if you want an off-white or grey sofa. Any one of the other 200+ colors they say are available, and you are looking at hundreds of dollars in extra charges and months of wait time for delivery.Meanwhile, they will try to get you to open a "Crate & Barrel" charge card, will stop returning your calls, and will lose interest in providing customer service. Don't go to Crate & Barrel.

Had a great experience testing out different couch models. The store is very spacious and has a laid back atmosphere so we were able to shop at a comfortable pace. Celinda was helpful in answering all of our questions about promotions, different configurations and gave us detailed information on how to care for the fabric we were interested in. Many of their furniture pieces are beautifully designed and worth taking a look at in person in this store!

Needed to return a Philips Latte Go. It’s a great machine but the one I bought at C&B was defective. C&B staff (if I remember correctly it was David and Debra, apologies if I got the names wrong) were very helpful getting me a replacement. Really appreciated it

I needed furniture for a quick installation in Mexico and resorted to buying online from the ‘in stock’ offerings . The order was placed and paid for in full and this past Monday we were given a delivery date of today. Yesterday the delivery was confirmed and we were given a two hour window for this afternoon. Without warning , my receiving warehouse who was holding the truck to take delivery, got a notification that our order was cancelled! We called and no one at Crate and Barrel could explain what was going on, who or why this was cancelled…and in fact the customer service agent was down right rude to my assistant !This was a trade order for one of my clients who now arrive next week for vacation to a home unfurnished! C&B have no business taking money and leading customers on with the blatant misrepresentation of an ‘in stock’ program.Buyer beware…you cannot trust what they are selling and good luck getting assistance .

Good products. Good checkout experience. Really really bad designers. Showed up at my house after I spent extensive time in the store explaining what I wanted and was looking for - came to my house and person had ZERO background on all material I had given them. Amateurs.
