I frequent this place due to the grocery outlet in The crossroads consignment retails clothing and apparel, this is an active area with a lot of fitness.

Stopped by the Specturm store today as we were having lots of issues lately with our internet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Upgraded my equipment for free. They also told me that I should do this every 12 to 18 months. Valuable information!

Great shopping center where Harbor Blvd meets Newport Blvd. Lots of awesome places to shop. Got to watch out for the homeless here. Keep a real situational awareness and you'll be fine.

I come here when I drive for gopuff . So i do what i need to when im here. Not a buncha vagrant people or nothing. Its clean and im sure u can get What u need without too much hassle. Theres a gym there but thr coffee bean is closed down wish something was there to take its place...

Stopped here on a Tuesday to walk around and play Pokémon go for spotlight hour. I sat by the fountain and then kept walking around. There are plenty of stores to check out before heading home instead of sitting in traffic.

Very nice venue. Both UPS & Fed Ex, Star Bucks, Jamba Juice, Bev Mo, baby clothes, Grocery Outlet with lots if great prices on wine & health food, Happy Nails, Mexican food, Petco, etc.

Very dusty dirty. Rotten landscape deteriorate and Cremation of the property. Individuals/customer's wearing chemicals and Cremation that deteriorate clothing, walls and different types of wood/plastic. Take away rotten landscape to have Environment and atmosphere without elements and bacteria that can having lasting effects.
