This store has the worst customer service and the most horrible employees. Every single time I go to this location this employee name Carla with the white blonde hair was always rude and helpless. Her attitude is horrible and she has zero knowledge of any products even the basic one that she should know but she doesn't. I asked her about an OLAPLEX stylist kit and she gave me the wrong answer that not the same information when I looked on the Cosmoprof website. I did show her the exactly products on the website and show her the product number to proved that she was wrong but she didn't wanna admitted it. She really wanna fight and win over me instead of apologize for her mistake. She said she been working here over 4 years and information online is not the same as in the store which is very stupid excuse that she tried to used to get away with her mistake. The products I show her on the website and the products I show her in the store have exactly the same product number and everything exactly the same and this product was the first OLAPLEX styling kit that came out to the market which is the whole world know what it is except Carla who been working there 4 years Lol. I can't believe that she works there 4 years but learn nothing except her fighting skills. She just didn't want to accepted that she was wrong and continue arguing with me with her horrible attitude and no respect. She didn't even apologize for her mistake but keep arguing with me so she can win over me. I asked for the manager but she was not there so I talked to the assistant manager instead. I don't remember her name but she has a purple hair and talked very mean. She even worst than her employee, rude, mean and unprofessional. She also knows nothing about any products in the store and have no customer service skill at all. I feel bad for Cosmoprof that they have the worst employees that not there to learn anything about products to help customers but to fight with all the customers instead.

Came here at 3:07pm on a Sunday (April 4, 2021) and they were closed. No signage that they were closed for the day or closing early or anything so we waited outside in case they were on a potty break for about 15 mins. No luck. Lights were half on. It sucks that the store doesn't care about their customer's time.

The girls that work here are extremely lazy and zero help. Anytime I ask a question they say to read the label. I was just in there wanting to purchase a hair dryer and the girl with purple hair was so rude! She also had attitude with the two people on front of me while checking them out. All while another girl was in the back room laughing and not helping at all. Don't expect customer service here. Just know exactly what you want and get out.

Thank you gina and Oscar for your amazing customer service and for staying past closing to accommodate me!! They were gracious enough to stay past closing so I can grab a few items. Employees should advise the customers there break time hours during quarantine when placing an order over the phone. It's an inconvenience to drive to cosmoprof and arrive at 11:40am and notice a sign in the door stating "out to lunch, be back at 1pm". If I was advised when I placed my order over the phone there break time hours, I would be more then happy to arrive before or after that time. Good to know employees take one hour and a half break without notifying the customer and making us wait outside. Customer service should improve.

I'm a student at T&G and have to admit, I'm a little nervous ever asking for help in Cosmoprof because other locations staff have seem bothered by it but Gina was so helpful and kind I had to let y'all know! If you're between locations, pick this one!
