I have switched to Comerica from Chase and one of the best decisions I made after interviewing 4 different banks with my personal and business accounts. Pouran, bank employee who is super nice lady; politely took my initial call and I introduce me to Ray the bank manager, who has overcome everything I threw at him. From 2 lg biz accounts to treasury management and couple of personal checking and savings accounts. He was very professional, intuitive and attentive on everything we needed. If you want very personal attention from a bank and not feel like you are just a number even with a "private banking relationship" you need to call Ray. He will do anything to earn your business and show his appreciation even with couple great comp lunches. I am very happy to choose him and his location and recommend them to all Yelp community..!

Horrible Manager Ellen Arrow. She should not be working with the public. Horrible person. Why this bank would hire someone like this is beyond me. Really disappointed in their choice to hire her. She actually didn't finish a transaction she was doing for me because it required her getting up. Unbelievable, she admitted she didn't want to get up. She told me to call Tuesday because she wasn't going to do it. Just pure laziness. What a horrible person and manager. Please Comerica get rid of her, she's giving your company a bad name.

I do not recommend this bank. I closed my account b/c of the exorbitant fees and the unprofessional, insolent behavior of a banker named Christopher Lustig. Before I went to the branch, the manager assured me that they would be happy to assist me. Not Christopher. He proceeded to interrogate me as he stood over me with a cold look on his face. He even asked me to come back later even though there were no other customers. While I waited, he started staring at me and trying to start a conversation. Days later, he sent me an email invitation using a different name and a tiny photo of himself (I never gave him my email). lol This creep needs a mental evaluation and should not be in the banking business.
