Long time, collector, and customer of Cole Haan - my favorite shoes for many yearsThe quality has gone downhill, but more importantly the Customer Service..Second time, exchanging something where they’ve told me No. Another time they took 20% additional off The refund for a stocking fee.Of course, corporate cared Enough to refund. But after dealing with the people at the store, I look forward to continuing working with better companies.

BEWARE that defective items are marked "final sale" online without disclosing it. I purchased a few pairs of shoes online thinking that it was just overstock but the sizing is way off. I contacted CS and sent photos but they obviously don't care. This is pure theft. The stores also don't honor refunds for anything purchased via PayPal. Again, their tactics deter returns and shows complete disregard of customers.

I'm giving 5 stars because the lady was so nice that worked there.ONE employee! 1!There was about 4 to 6 customers in the store. She tried her best, but she couldn't get to everyone.I tried on some shoes, but they were very uncomfortable!I walked out.I felt bad for the lady that worked there.

So it's a small store, only two employees. Greeted as soon as we were seen by the employee as he came from the back of the store. Whenever he was busy and the other employee was done with her customers, she came right over to see if we needed help. Good customer svc is so rare

I just called this store and customer service was iffy 3/1/2023. Then I read the Yelp reviews regarding bad customer service. They're true. For this store not all Cole Haan stores just this and the Vacaville store. I have had the best experience with other stores in Cali and Vegas. The stores back east PA, NJ and NYC are great as well regarding customer service and pricing and products. It's never a good thing to have a great product with terrible customer service. Makes shoppers go elsewhere. This contribute to store closures and shopping online instead of deal with someone with bad customer service skills.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. They took time to help me troubleshoot a pair of shoes that I liked that had a little heel slip in the size that was my best fit. I'm digging their shoes; they're super comfortable and I like their look.

I'm not one to go out of my way to write a review. The last two days I have gone back to the store, and wasn't sure what kind of shoes to get for my job. Jake attended me both days, and he was super friendly and helpful on choosing the right kind of style and comfort I was looking for. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend, and not pressured to buy a certain thing like most places do. I usually do my buying online. After meeting Jake and being welcomed with hospitality, I will definitely be back to the store! Thank you for your help brotha!
