Thank you for the really nice customer service, especially Liam! He's really help in store. I will definitely come back and look for some stuffs. The staff is really nice in here with those customer skills really good. They offer me a bottle of water! I appreciate that.

This review is purely for the guy with glasses working here. I came here to return an item that I had only taken out of the box and tried on. He used a really condescending tone and said it looked dirty. Well, whatever it looked like, it was sent to me like that, and it definitely wasn't dirty since I was able to return it. Someone left a review through Google detailing a very similar experience. Overall really rude attitude and I won't be shopping here again! I walked in. Was not greeted. Not even a hello or can I help you with anything...... I have money and was looking for a special Christmas outfit or two...... nobody serviced me....... Very much a "pretty woman" scenario !!!!!!! Shocking. And sad.

I was in town visiting from Las Vegas and needed some shorts while I was here. I called the store multiple times to see if they had a certain style/size in stock but they never answered the phone. Normally you can see what the in store availability is online but they removed the option for some reason. Anyway, called Jcrew instead and that quickly helped. Very unfortunate. The Club Monaco in Vegas always has great customer service. Don’t know what’s going at this location.

I love their styles, dislike the service.I shopped here all the time (20+ times over the past year). Unfortunately I won't be back and will just shop online.Most of the time the service is great, however during my last visit Jimmy was extremely rude to me. I was returning an item that I had tried on once at home and did not like. The tags were still on it.Upon seeing the item, he made a very nasty/aggressive face at me. Then very aggressively stated that the product was stained (even though it was not, that's just the texture of the item). I told him I had not even gone out with it and he told me the product was no longer sellable (even though it had the tags).I disputed the charge and got my money back anyways, but am upset that I had this experience. It makes me not want to visit this location anymore.Would recommend firing or remanding Jimmy if this is a common occurrence. Salespeople should be polite even when delivering bad news.

Was shopping here last Monday and my 3 month old baby was crying. Asked to use the fitting room to breast feed and was denied by the sales associate and person behind the counter. Pretty sure this is illegal in the state of california to deny a breastfeeding mom. Wondering if I should pursue legal action.
