I came here to use a deal, and the person working told me they don't accept it. If they don't accept it, then they should let the companies know that so they're taken off the list instead of wasting our time as customers to come into the store. I know owners who aren't truthful, especially because they think they will not profit when that's not the case.
The person working first said he was the owner and later changed his mind and said he wasn't. He's really great at talking...slipping.

I have received horrendous treatment from some of the employees at this store. One Sunday morning, I was shopping for some Half and Half. They didn't have any at the time. I also looked at some little packets of tissues, but decided not to buy them. Therefore, I left the store without making a purchase. The cashier then chased me outside and asked me to stop. He accused me of stealing the tissues! He asked me to empty out my pockets. I complied, and took out the contents. At this point, he apologized to me. I appreciated that, but I felt so humiliated by the experience. I have never been accused of shoplifting before. Plus, did he think I was public enemy number 1 for stealing tissues? It seemed so trivial. A similar incident happened to me at this location about a year later. After that one, I went on the Circle K website to complain. I only found physical addresses, so I wrote a letter and sent it via snail mail to the district office. I received no response. There was another incident last night. A friend of mine asked me to go there to get some champagne. She said she would go herself, but the late-night cashier doesn't like her and claimed that she was banned from the store. She gave me her debit card to buy the wine. When I was there, the obese young man was working behind the counter. I found the drink, and tried to buy it. I inserted the card in to the chip reader, but it wasn't accepted. My friend later told me she absolutely did have enough funds in her account. I tried the card again, and got the same result. Sliding the card didn't work either. The man said I couldn't buy it because it wasn't my card. I would have accepted that, but what he said next was a great shock to me. "I know her. She is banned from here, and now you're banned too." WTF! I didn't know how seriously to take that declaration. I certainly hope it's not true, as this store is where I do quite a bit of my shopping. It is only two blocks from my apartment, and easy to walk to. I don't own a car at present. There is a supermarket a few miles away, but it's difficult for me to shop there and carry home the groceries. Fortunately, there is another Circle K a few blocks away in the other direction. I will patronize that one, and boycott the other. Stay away from this inconvenience store.

This is the only Circle K that I have gone to that charges a credit card fee. Last I checked, that is against California Civil Code section 1748.1,

.25$ to use my credit card to buy $30 worth of stuff?!?! That's low. How can the owners do this and feel like it's ok? I understand charging a fee to discourage people from charging a dollar, but adding 25 cents to a $30 bill is just being a dirtbag who takes advantage of people. When they told me the total, it didn't include the fee either. So my advice to everyone is find another connivence store to give your business to. This place is crawling with drug addicts, and people Constantly asking for money in the parking lot. I'm done with this place for sure. I can not give my business to a place this disgraceful. To the owners: you should be ashamed for taking advantage of people like this. And train you staff to give the TOTAL cost, don't be so shady by not telling customers the true cost. Sad that people think this is acceptable. The .25 cents you made off me tonight just cost you a lot more in future business. Mine and anyone who will listen to me.

The night s*** 9:30 pm is always rude, I'm in a power chair I asked for help with robitussin dm max non drowse this they don't carry it so I made a suggestion to talk to the owner to carry it then he went off saying i am always rude, I always say please and thank you never thou this guy is never nice. I asked why are you rude he said have seen I stand and walk unsaid I have seen me lean against my chair to get the money to pay what I owe. I asked for a pen and paper to leave a note for the owner and he said no I can call tomorrow but he refuses to give me the number! I guess this person hates to deal with disabled people and I have seen him treat transgender people very rude and I am transgender and I won't be rude because someone don't like me! It may be time for legal action against this employee

I went into this circle k Saturday morning and purchased Two 16.oz cups of basic coffee, The manager a Asian lady (to describe her) charged me $8.37 4.00 per cup plus tax. She said she had no change and kept my change. Total rip off never coming back. Starbucks is much less money.

Store manager and employees are completely unprofessional and apparently uneducated on our current issues at hand... I would advise your team to re-evaluate how they COMMUNICATE to a CUSTOMER considering that’s the business there in rather than lecture me about what kind of face covering I use while there’s is under there chin. I been going here my whole life I grew up down the street but that’s the last time I ever go in there again. I’ll deffinetly pray for those two tonight.

Staff at night does not follow the mask mandate currently in place by the State of California. Went in this evening to get products I get quite regularly from this location and had a very bad experience. As I approached the counter I noticed the employee had their face covering removed. I asked the employee nicely to put his face covering on, which he refused to put his face covering on and he refused me service. Followed by harassing me waving his arms in the air like a delusional person mocking me knowing I have a service animal for a disability. The Employee denied me service while shouting and screaming at me telling me I could go elsewhere refusing me service. My concerns are for the safety of the public with how high the risk of covid-19 currently is. I do not recommend shopping at this location if they are not going to follow the signs they have posted on their doors and inside the location. This location needs to be shutdown and deep cleaned/sanitized.

My brother in low had a coke drink going into the store. The clerk ansisted on it being from the store instead of paying attention in the beginning. Also he was rude when we asked for cash back. He said that I have to ask even though I already chose the option on the screen and paid.

Lol the customers get 5 stars for their hilarious reviews. Pros: lots of stuff, love the cheap Polar Pop soda machine. Staff is friendly. Cons: weirdos with backpacks loitering on the store premises all day and night. Also, staff needs to honor signage that is put in place by management. When holiday candy is advertised as being 2 for 1, not all the employees give the discount. I'm not paying full price for Reeses Peanut Butter Cups shaped like jack o lanterns in December.
