Very dishonest company, my sons bed cracked pat the front & was very sharp & dangerous. I tried to contact the company to get replacement parts & they will not help me. They tell me to go to a link which doesnt exist. They have deleted my post telling them what happened. Do not buy from this company. Their products are very cheaply made & are not value for money. You will get nowhere if you have a problem but they will gladly take your money!

We ordered a bed and it is built very well and beautiful. It arrived quickly. We had a problem with missing parts, and the customer service was incredibly responsive and sent them out immediately. It is rare to find a high quality item and great customer service these days. Highly recommend!

I arrived to the store today looking to purchase $1300 worth of items six of the same chair. Talha helped me for the first 5-8 minutes and then gave me his card said if I needed help to let him know. The chair I was looking to purchase was out of stock so I guess he has no further interest in assisting me. The wild thing here is he left the store! ALONE Like left me alone. It's a small store so I thought someone was in the office looked in nope no one! I had planned my day to go before work so didn't have long and I wanted to find out when the chair would be in stock so I could purchase them. Talk about RUDE I would NEVER spend a dollar and support his business as his card states he is the President! I waited 15 minutes and he was no where to be found! As I was leaving he walked up and I expressed my feelings and shock! He apologized and stated was with a truck being unloaded but come on he didn't even tell me he was leaving me in the store. At least let me know something. So so rude. Just left there standing looking waiting and confused! I will buy my items at a different store. Although I appreciate his apology still what a waste. They are cheaper online anyway but I always like to shop at the store. After all that's what keeps brick and mortar doors open. Customers!

Ok, the stuff is cute but the customer service is horrible. We hauled both our kids over all the way to the store and as soon as went in, the sales lady looked at us and smiled as she walked out on us... and we waited in the store for a while but she did not come back. I left because it's only so long I can carry an infant on me and control a toddler boy running around. So we just hung around Oc Mix and went back, then when she was there, asked about the products and she was not helpful. I don't think she knows her products. This was yesterday. FYI we went in to buy a kid table and a bed but came out with neither...

I bought a GTS Car Bed online. The quality and design is really good. The item was delivered on time with zero problem. The design is also very nice and kid friendly. My kids loved it. I totally recommend Cilek Kids' Room.

Bought a GTS bed for my son. He absolutely loves it. It made the transition from a crib so easy, he just loves sleeping in it. They came and installed the bed quickly, and when the back rear tire didn't light up they were super responsive so I was able to figure out that a prong was bent. Great customer service!
