This place always closes for 30-40 minutes between the hrs of 5 and 6pm EVERYDAY when people are getting off work and trying to get gas! This is absolutely dumb. They aren't doing shift changes because nobody is up front at all for the 30-40 minute period. Such a big inconvenience. And I arrived at 5:05pm

Credit Card readers do not work, so have to go inside store and then I just use cash. This has been going on for some time. I even tried my other credit cards and moved to different gas pumps, but nope. I have had no issues at any other gas station. I like Chevron gas, but don't have time to go in the store and stand in line and wait and there is always a line. (I know other customers have reported this issue awhile back too. Not sure why after much time has passed that the credit card readers are not fixed. Hopefully will be fixed, but in the meantime, going elsewhere for gas.)

the cashier is always on break they tale long breaks while the customers keep coming and they lose more customers this way

If there were a zero rating, this gas station would not even receive one star due to the extremely rude behavior and lack of respect for privacy by one of the cashiers. On the afternoon of Saturday, February 19, 2022, I stopped at this Chevron gas station to purchase gas and use the restroom before a long ride back home. When I entered the store, there was a line. I noticed two people waiting at the cash register. I decided to use the restroom first and then purchase gas. One of the cashiers buzzed opened one of two available restrooms. (The name on my receipt for the cashier is Fabiana, which aligns with the part of the name that I recall from reading the cashier's name tag.) After a few minutes of using the restroom and upon drying my hands, I heard a knock on the door. When I opened the door, the cashier was the only person at the door, and she starting yelling at me that I was taking too long and that there was a line of people waiting. (I did not hear any other knocks or voices outside prior to the cashier knocking on the door, to which she admitted doing.) Agitated, I asked her why anyone else who had to use the restroom just did not go to the other restroom. While questioning her, I noticed that there was not even a single person waiting, and the store was practically empty of any other customers. She replied that they left, and she would not open the other bathroom because it was being cleaned. (There was not any indication at all that the other restroom was being cleaned. No sign. No open door with anyone cleaning. No cleaning supplies nearby.) She started to scold me and tell me that I was taking too long. I spoke in an agitated tone that as a woman needing to use the restroom, I was unaware that there was a time limit, and that I took as long as it would take a woman to use the restroom under normal circumstances. This same cashier then changed her story to put the blame on "the other people". I told her that I'd go ahead and pay for a bit of gas and then take the rest of my business elsewhere. She just said okay and shrugged her shoulders. The insult did not stop. She started speaking to another cashier in Spanish to tell her the amount of gas that I wanted. The first cashier did not know that I am a fluent Spanish speaker having grown up speaking the language and living in a number of countries where Spanish is the primary language spoken. When I started speaking Spanish to state the amount of gas that I wanted to purchase, she returned to speaking in English to tell me that she was talking to other cashier. The second cashier was far more professional. I am not sure why the first cashier needed to speak Spanish with the second regarding my business transaction. The second cashier was able to clearly understand the amount of gas that I wanted to purchase when requested in English and kindly asked if I wanted my receipt. When I replied yes, she handed me my receipt as if I were a human being. The second cashier maintained her composure and acted very professionally, which helped to restore my faith in good customer service. I am not sure if this will bring about any changes, but at least this information is shared to warn other people about the humiliation one may endure at this particular gas station.

Today Sunday, August 1st, my gf stopped into the gas station to buy a drink and use the bathroom. She's a driver for Amazon and is on the road all day delivering packages. The two cashiers working around 1pm were very rude and disrespectful. You should hire better quality staff.

I purchased two ice creams for my 10 and 12 year olds. Right after the purchase they changed their minds and wanted a different ice cream (which cost more). The ice creams I just purchased was still sitting untouched on the counter. The clerk would not let us exchange them or give us a refund. He said it is their policy, yet no where in the store was there a sign that read no refunds or no exchanges. He had a very poor attitude! Horrible customer service. My kids were disappointed but it was a good life lesson for them. I will not ever be buying anything from this Chevron again!

Really?? If I can give less than 1 star just because of the cashier attitude. She is a total j**** I never complain about nothing but I have to do it. We stopped to get air in our bikes and fill gas in our truck; my son came to ask her and she was rude, then I had to go in to pay because the pump wasn't taking the cards, so same with me. She may be mad for whatever reason but no one has to pay for her debts.As a business owner my priority it is customer service and if one of my company employee treat a customer in a disrespectful way I would have to know to either teach her or kick her out
