“We recently had the majority of our two-story home re-carpeted with Hemphill and we’re very impressed. The quality of the carpet and the color they helped us select were ideal. We were also impressed with the installers who worked so efficiently for the job that estimated his two days work was finished in 108 we would definitely use them again.”

“I had called a few local upholstery shops asking for same-day couch cushion refilling. I was between Mesa Upholstery and another local spot, but went with Mesa due to Alex's customer service. I honestly hadn't looked at the reviews so I was nervous when I realized the ratings weren't super high and I had already scheduled with them. Alex went absolutely above and beyond to make this work for me. I had to have a quick turnaround on the cushions and he sent his delivery driver all the way from Sherman Oaks to complete the cushions at the Costa Mesa location while he was in between deliveries. The price was fair and comparable to other quotes I got. His driver/upholsterer, Raul, was extremely friendly and did great work. I believe Mesa Upholstery is now owned by Psardo Interiors in Sherman Oaks. They do their work in Sherman Oaks now and the Costa Mesa building is up for lease. The showroom is closed and has a "by appointment only" sign on the front door. Here's the thing, the Costa Mesa location kind of sucks and there are unfortunately a lot of homeless people wandering the area. I'd definitely recommend that this business make it known who the owners are, when they took over and what their plan is. Psardo Interiors has great reviews so I don't doubt their workmanship, but it seems like the Mesa Upholstery side of things is in limbo right now.I was able to text Alex to schedule the work which was so helpful. I had other shops forgetting to call me back and being very unclear whether or not they could do the work. I would give this place a chance for smaller jobs and take advantage of their pick-up/delivery services. I'm not sure what their plan for business in Costa Mesa is, but I definitely had a good experience!”

“Sergio is great installer. Hamid was sales rep who is very responsive and will come out and measure any time. Only issue is he seemed offended when you would question prices or want an explanation for prices. Great carpet and quick install. Good company.Response to reply: The owners response is not true. I was actually not given a discount, I was given a higher rate than the rate I paid for a job I had done earlier that SAME week because of "the economy" and a brand new rule that must have just been put in to effect within the few days. Rather than argue, I will post the exact conversation screenshots so those viewing my review can decide for themselves about the company and way they communicate business. See below photos”
