I read the one (1) negative review about CareMart before I decided to buy a car from them sight unseen. I believe the person who wrote the review had some type of ulterior motive. My experience with CarMart was extremely positive. They work fast, answered all my questions, helped me through the paperwork, was very professional. I do not have anything negative to say about the experience. This was perhaps the easiest way to purchase the car I wanted. They were very accommodating and provided all the information I needed before making my decision. What other used car dealership would do this:
1. Send you the Carfax report and tell you to review it before purchasing
2. Send you the car window sticker so you can see the complete description about the car so you can make an informed decision on what you are buying
3. Give you the option of not going through the bank, but pay them directly (I ended up paying cash since the price of the car I purchased was priced reasonably)/
4. Although my car was priced slightly higher than other cars on the internet, I have to say my car is worth EVERY penny. My husband saw the pictures and said "I would pay a premium for that car as well".
PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE COMMENT!!!!! This dealership is respectable, have been in business for a very long time, and are committed to ensuring the customers satisfaction.

The owner Jamie was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns. He also gave me an incredible deal on the tesla that I bought from him. Jamie cares DEARLY about his reputation and he makes sure to provide the best possible customer service and it shows. I never write reviews and I couldn't help but to share my experience. Most used car dealerships are so sketchy and this is the first time I have ever felt completely safe buying a used car. I will recommend to all my friends and family to buy used cars from Jamie and this company. WELL DONE!!! It went so well that I even left my truck to him to sell for me. He keeps these cars looking BRAND SPANKIN NEW.

Jamie and Patty are top notch! I can not recommend them enough. Honest, professional and fast at what they do. I sold a vehicle through their consignment plan, while interest rates are slowing sales down, they were able to unload it for me and get me the maximum amount for the vehicle. This is by far the best dealer and dealership you will ever find. Jamie and Patty are amazing! Every car there is nothing but the best used high end luxury and sports cars you can find. It was my dad's best car buying experience he's ever had out of over 30 cars. They didn't hard sell anything unwanted, and allowed me to fully inspect every single thing I asked to see, he even brought us out a pad to look underneath the vehicle. The specific car we got was the best one available in the whole country, and all of his cars are in the same condition! I really enjoyed talking to them and was very impressed with what he (Jamie) has built not only as a dealer but as a business.Patty was very friendly and we had fun talking to her too. She went up and above to help us out. If you want a superb condition sport luxury car for a fraction of the new price, go see them and you will not be disappointed! This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had and may ever have. Thank you so much Jamie and Patty! Well worth the 1000 mile round trip drive!

What a great experience. Jamie has a great eye and filter to procure and sell quality used cars. It's clear to me he is passionate about cars and recognizes the fundamental truth that if he sells bad products, he's not going to get satisfied and repeat customers. After 2 weeks of inspection and reviews I made the decision to buy a Tesla Model S from Car Mart — absolutely no regrets! The entire staff (Jaime, Patty, Marian) not only helped me through the process , but while i shopped around at competitors they gave me market rate information on why they were the best around. I really feel like I lucked out by choosing them and would highly recommend anyone to go in for their future vehicle.

Jamie got me a great deal on my car and I really enjoyed doing business with him and his team. Patty is efficient and gets you the best rate she can find. They don't send your info for loan approval to all kinds of banks - they have relationships with the lenders and that helps out a lot. Jamie is a straightforward guy who went out of his way to accommodate my tight timeline and after-hours availability. I can't thank CarMartOC for such a great experience and transaction buying my used car.
