Bays are very narrow, good for washing motorcycle or small car.

Everything is broken waste of time and money go literally anywhere else. The machine to dry your car does not work and will just keep dripping water on your car as you dry it

Overall… not a bad place. Location is a bit weird though. Car wash is on Bristol St and the end of Newport Blvd.I was there on Friday around 8 am. Not busy. 3 bays were empty. $5 will get you 10 minutes. There is no wheel brush available. Just the foam brush, a pressure washer, could not use the high pressure soap, maybe I just didn’t know if I was holding the correct spray gun.The bays are a good size for small and compact vehicles, I was washing my ‘21 RAV4 and the space was very limited trying to go around the vehicle with the spray gun trying to get the wheels clean. This wash is not the cleanest, but it’s not bad. You go in, get things done, and get out. I works as designed.Tip: The exit came get hectic if someone wants to make a left right off the wash bays. It will be faster just to make a right and then make a U-turn on the next light (Baker St). Don’t hold up traffic, there is not much space.

I need to get in contact with this place. The tools and drainage are horrible. I fell right through the drain as the metal is not supported. It needs to be secured with locknuts. Unacceptable. This needs to be addressed asap before someone who is vulnerable to injuries gets a visit to the hospital. Fortunately, I have strong bones and tendons. Anyone who can assist, please contact me.

The stalls are always out of soap (or washing liquid or whatever it's called). I've wasted money on multiple stalls on the same day, and they all out of soap. You can't wash a car without soap. Don't waste your money.

Got my wheels prepped to clean and put my money in, set the disk for pressure wash and the hose leaks more out the side than nozzle. Soaked my pants and shoes.

The spot I was using didn't have a functioning blow dryer and the spot next to it, the rinse gun was leaking and spraying everywhere from a hole in the hose, but overall it got the job done.

The soap hoses didn't work well. Water pressure was fair in the power washer.

I wash my car as a therapy. I came here for one reason. It doesn't matter if they don't accept card payments, I came for the conditioner. It makes my car smooth and shiny. So imagine my disappointment when the stall that I was in wasn't working. But the young man who happened to be cleaning was apologetic and gave me free. Time in a different stall. But when the car was clean, my shammy was of no use to me. There was no running water in the sink and no rollers to squeeze out your towels. I didn't even bother with the vacuums for fear of further disappointment. This is a type of therapy that went across the grain for me. But with the help the young man gave me, I guess it made my session tolerable. They get a lot of traffic. And I'm sure the patrons would like everything working on all cylinders including a clean parking area.Self serve car washes are hit and miss. One thing I can say, I'm not going to miss coming here.
