Terrible. Look elsewhere. Anywhere else. Cars get broken into. Bugs. There was a Murder here once. They charged me $3500 for giving 30 days notice not 60 and it prevented me from renting anywhere else for years. Garbage.

Update (december): Currently 5 months in and it is still a terrible place to live. Still have rat problem with droppings all around our patio. Extermination has been 3 times, and today they share the maintenance team did not clean the droppings properly (what a surprise). Toilet seat is broken so I submit a maintenance request for them to fix it. Maintenance came for 3 minutes, said it was fixed and right after they left the seat broke again. Neighbors let their animals release themselves in elevators, hallways, and stairways. There is no escaping the terrible smell. They say this place is "luxury" but dont support tenants to live in peace. Management will apologize for conditions but do almost nothing to fix them. I run into multiple neighbors I know the elevator sharing how they dislike the place because of pest infestation, and no support from property management to fix it. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend.

I just wanted to first shout out to my husband who makes sure that the hallways and stairways are clean for everyone to use. Camden all this money you make off of us and the stairways are atrocious! Pee in bottles laying around, dead spiders everywhere, smelly animal hair and feces all over. It is a disgusting complex! The facilities workers do the absolute bear minimum. Thank God I married a man who cares about making sure the kids in this neighborhood have clean safe walkways and stairways to traverse. Avoid these apartments because they are expensive for no reason! It smells bad here all the time and the dogs bark non-stop! Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I am living here for more than 3 years. It is getting worse. You car will be broken into. More than 10 cars got window broken in my buildings last weekend. The other building have the same problem. They did nothing. They refused to put camera on parking garage for years. Cops said that it happened too often and even told me asking Camden to put the camera on parking. Some people get window broken for several times. Can not wait to get out...

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Your car will be broken into, you will have rats in your apartment and the office will do NOTHING but ask for more money. The complex is very dangerous and you will be a victim of crime. It's a DUMP and the office personnel is a JOKE. It's all about the money with Camden, they are predators and their residents are their prey.Just try calling the office 100 times and watch them NOT answer once. It's a crime-ridden cesspool.BEWARE!!!!

Cars get broken into every day here and there is no security (See pics). No cameras and nobody around to help. People sell drugs in plain sight in the parking area and elevators and there are tweakers sleeping in the stairwells. About 5-10 break-ins a week, very unsafe. Laundry never works, pipes broken and leaks everywhere. This place is really unsafe and the office does nothing and never answers the phone.

Do not move in here. The company does not care about its residents only cares about making money off of you. Outrages move-out fees for regular wear and tear on the apartment. The apartment building fell apart and flooded all of last year. None of the amenities were ever working when we lived there. There are dangerous dogs and the building does nothing about them. Do not move here find somewhere else.

DO NOT RENT from these people. If I could rate them zero stars I would. If you scroll through the reviews you'll see that this is the common trend with this community. We lived at Camden Martinique for two very long years. When we moved in the carpets were dirty and there were German cockroaches throughout the unit. Our neighbors told us this was a regular thing in the F Building. Camden Martinique Management informed us that we would not be charged carpet cleaning or carpet repair/replacement charges upon move out because the existing carpet had almost reached the end of its life.... we had all of this in writing from the Community Manager... Fast Forward...Upon moving out Camden sent us a bill for that very same carpet they said we wouldn't be charged for. I sent them THREE emails reminding them they had said we would not be charged along with the letter in writing from the Community Manager. They didn't respond to any of my emails. One year after moving out they wrote to us to say they are sending us to collections. What a joke of a company?!! It's only $271 and I'm sure most people would just pay them... but not me. Like I said, don't rent from them. They are an absolute joke of a company. P.S, I"m still waiting for that email or phone call and its almost September 2023....

They never take out the trash & I've been paying for that. I'm tired of the false valet trash, the poop not being picked up from other pup owners you guys all suck. TOO MUCH OF YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT UR PUPS MESS & IT SUCKS LIVING NEAR YOU GUYS. Plus my valet trash should do what I'm paying 35 a month for!!!

Worst place ever! Don't be fooled by their lies. This place is a mess and a joke. I have multiple complaints and pictures with documentation to back things up. Homeless problems galore. No security, cameras don't work, fire alarms and security doors are not connected. The amount of crime in this complex is unreal. And when you leave they will lie about damages to your unit and use pictures from another unit, then threaten to sue you. I retaliated because I documented with pictures of our brand new carpet after 16 months-they backed down and said " our mistake"... pure BS at this shithole!

I went in today to look at an apartment and Jason helped me. From the moment I spoke with him on the phone, to the moment I walked in, he made me feel so comfortable and so at ease about every single thing. He was not only professional, but so knowledgeable about all the amenities that the facility has to offer! I just am moving to OC and am so happy that I found Jason and these apartments. I had been on the hunt for days and once I spoke with Jason, came to Camden Martinique , I knew that I was finally home. Jason made my experience so wonderful and delightful. I am so excited and I am moving in this weekend. I could go on and on about Jason and the wonderful hospitality him and his staff provided for me when I was there. Thank you so much Jason and I am so grateful I met you! It's hard now a days to find good people and when you do it's rare. Jason you are the BEST!!LoveJamie and Bentley

I live here on weekends.Decent apartment homes for people to live in. Management takes forever to fix anything though. You can put in a work order, and it will take a month for them to get to it. At least it gets fixed.The elevators are really annoying. They don't work well with the buttons. You have to press the button a billion times for the light to stick and for it to bring the elevator. Yeah, sure, there are stairs. But come on, we are lazy. I want the elevator to work correctly. It is a very quiet apartment complex. I typically only see neighbors when we are waiting for the elevator to work. Other than that, it isn't bad. The underground parking is nice. The fitness center is under construction right now.
