Thank you to Ben & Dustin for restoring my Audi S4 back to ONE HUNDRED. From the onset of dropping off my vehicle, both of these individuals were welcoming and helpful by setting the expectation as to next steps and timeline. They had my Enterprise shuttle ready for me to move on with my day. I received daily text messages with the updates and got the phone call from Ben that my car was ready within the week. I picked it up on Black Friday, and super thankful they were open to get me back to my lifestyle. AND... they washed my car plus vacuumed. I know it's a team effort and there were more people involved with restoring my car, so thank you to the entire team at this office.This is the second instance my car has gotten banged up, and I trust this location enough to have brought it back a second time. I HIGHLY recommend this Caliber Collision team. Thank you and happy holidays.

I was rear-ended the third day I bought my new Audi S5 Sportback. I asked the wonderful sales gentlemen Mike at Fletcher Jones Audi Costa Mesa to refer me to a shop and he suggested Caliber Collision therefore, I took my car in and I had the pleasure of dealing with Ebelin Roman, Service Advisor, such a lovely young woman, extremely kind, helpful and professional, she kept me updated, it was such a wonderful experience dealing with such a wonderful person as well as the rest of the staff and the work done on my car was simply perfect. I had a disappointing experience with Caliber Collision. After taking time out of my schedule to bring my car in early in the morning for an evaluation of a scratched bumper, I expected some communication regarding the next steps. Unfortunately, despite speaking with their representative Evelyn, I never received any follow-up or updates. It's frustrating when a company doesn't prioritize customer communication, especially after making an effort to engage with them. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

I have been to this Caliber location for 3 times. The service every time is fantastic. Linda, Odalis, Antony are extremely helpful every time, I do recommend come to this place. And I'm sure many insurance like AAA, Farmers work with them too.

I moved back to California and in 30 days had 2 people hit me. Caliber is on speed dial for me and for my insurance company! They are terrific to work with, fast and friendly. The work is also top notch! Ebelin led the way with super team members Odalis and Linda partnering for great communication! I'm back in my car but am sure I will be back!

I went to their store. First, the woman at the front desk told me. I’ll be right with you. And then she forgot me. After 15 min wait, I asked her, and she came to talk with me. Second, she couldn’t find my appointment when I showed her my confirmation email. She told me that they couldn’t fix my car.I feel distraught and just waste my time.I suggest you pay attention to the appearance of the front desk female’s receptionists. Those girls with extremely long nails and eyelashes, and speaking with an attitude, will make people feel unprofessional.
