Having to get your car fixed after an accident is no fun but I could not have been more happy with every part of this process thanks to C & W! From the front desk staff, to Evan, to the work that was completed, it was all fantastic! Evan communicated with me every step of the way AND my car was ready ahead of schedule! I told him no offense but I hope I never see you again but if I have to, I will be back!

Don't recommend this place. My car didn't look good at all after they fix it. People that work there are not nice.

I had a great experience getting my car repaired at C&W. The team was great to work with throughout the process of providing an estimate, ordering all parts needed for my repairs, completing the repairs, and communicating with the insurance company. I definitely recommend their services.

My wife got rear ended and our insurance sent us to this place. And after dealing with them they should be called Hackjob paint and body. First of all they saw my wife and thought they could take advantage by ordering the cheapest possible parts available, when she came home I looked at the back and the taillight was completely out and wanky, another flap was completely off and hitting the tire and the trunk latch was incorrectly placed. So she took it back and they fixed the flap but denied to fix the taillight saying "it's not gonna be back to 100 percent" so I had to get our insurance adjuster involved and he said that they totally lied on the report, and that if something didn't fit properly they should've taken pictures and they hadn't. Having to waste so much time and dealing with this sucked, and I would never ever go back to this place, make sure to check there work as they used the cheapest possible parts and absolutely unacceptable work.

I was nervous to have to leave my car for paint and body repair because the last time someone damaged my car, it took well over a month to get it back! All I can say is WOW! Sandy, the receptionist, was fabulous and very efficient and Daniel was amazing! Daniel sent me messages letting me know what was going on with my car, followed up with another call to let me know it was ready, after only 1 week! I am a very pleased customer and truly appreciate the incredible customer service and my car looks like new! Thank you so very much to you all! Patti

I picked C&W because they were the closest body shop to my home on the list recommended by my insurance company, and I am glad I did. The entire process was seamless and well coordinated with my insurance company. Evan at C&W was great to deal with and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Also, the car turned out great!

So glad to have my car repaired over here after being hit a few weeks back. Evan was so great in guiding me through the process of dropping off my vehicle to picking it up after it was worked on. I was contacted through the process as well. I highly recommend bringing your car here if you need work done on your car. They will DEFINITELY take care of you! Thank you, Evan n' C & W!!!

I would like to highly recommend C and W Body Shop in Costa Mesa. They were extremely efficient and courteous with me today, as they examined my car for an estimate. Being a female in a man's environment, I was apprehensive about going. But Evan greeted me right on time for my 11:00 appointment, and treated me with respect and courtesy. He was very knowledgeable, and patiently explained the situation to me. Then he went above and beyond when I asked him to change a computer setting in my car to make my driving more safe. I definitely would use them again - Evan was great!

Didn't listen to what we were wanted to have done. Didn't give us a price on what we talked about tried to upsell us. Extremely disappointed.

dropped my car off for minor scratch repair on 2/13. was given an 8 day return time estimate.Followed up with them on the 2/23 to see if it was ready and they had some "setbacks" and it would be good to go the following Monday (2/27).No update on 2/27 so I called, now the date has changed to Thursday 3/2.On 3/2 the insurance company got involved and called them to give me an update. They called me on 3/2 and said it would be good Friday 3/3 by EoD.I called them 3/3, and they had another "setback" but was then told Monday 3/6.Called them 3/6 and yet another "setback" but aiming for 3/7.For minor scratches, 8 days has turned into 3 weeks. They continue to offer the same "setback" excuse as to why the work is prolonged and only once did they call me to give an update, and thats because insurance had to call them out.Come to find out the "setbacks" were really their technicians overbooked and were super behind. Thats information you disclose before the process starts, not give vague excuses week after week. And they only disclosed this to my insurance adjuster after they had to get involved, not once to me.Saw other 1 star reviews with similar sentiments, especially on Yelp. Don't waste your time here.

'VERY satisfied with C & W... They did excellent work (front & back of my car were damaged). My contact, Evan Harvey, kept me regularly updated. Bottom line (this really says it all): "if and when" I have my next need for paint / body work on one of my cars, Evan & his Company will be my first call. Period.
