The rudest and snobby sales ever, when I entered into the store, the lady who works there greets me with “ what’s your name? “ with a impolite tone. Why should I share my name immediately after I entering a store? The sales there really think they can treat customers any way without considering the basic public etiquette. All the negative reviews prove this store even the brand really won’t worth for any time and money.

We visited this Bvlgari location twice and we've had great experiences both times. My SA is Karmen and she truly is wonderful! She understands the art and beauty embedded in jewelry and takes her time to explain the history and inspiration of each item and the company itself. She treats each customer with respect and my interaction with her feels genuine which is not always the case with other SAs. As for the jewelry, I love the divas dream collection, just wish they had more options with yellow gold.

I was hesitant to sign on the No Refund slip and found out later that the sales person A. Ch did not disclose that I have the right to return the product the same day as a curtesy return. And I do concern about she sold me the display bag but not willing to get a brand new item. What she warned me over the phone was: you are not the only one changed your mind, feel free to talk to the supervisor but no one has ever been an exceptional! Wow. I respect the brand and designer but obviously Bvlgari only cares about the selling and the policy but not service and reputation. Online shopping is refundable but just not in the store. Interesting. Never again, Bvlgari.

Some of the workers got to lose the attitude. Just because you work in south coast doesn't mean you are above anyone. They need to learn to respect customers, giving us a hard time because we wanted to switch a ring to a different size even though it's allowed and was never really worn except test fitting. Refused to refund the difference and was giving my SO hard time even though I had a gift receipt. They only allowed to refund the difference as a gift card which was also refused when we she took it to buy something else because it was under my name. What a f****** joke

At Bvlgari, you are always welcome and treated as Royalty, no matter how you dress, and how you look like. I appreciate the specific style of Bvlgari. I'm not giving a complete 5 stars because the stock of items is very limited. However, I was able to see one of my favorite leather. The watersnake. ? the model that I'm showing here is the Serpenti which means snake ?

They are amazing and so friendly! Greeted promptly; very efficient service. My ring was damaged and they repaired it no questions asked. We brought our own diamond and they give quick appraisal and we were able to get our rings with setting same day.I would definitely recommend coming here and I have been back here three times since! They don't have a parking lot for the jeweler center so parking is on the street.
