Bought headboard brackets that I called about *twice* before ordering to confirm they were the right ones for my frame. Was told twice that these were what I needed. When I finally went to install them, discovered that the frame was not built to the proper spec and the brackets will not fit. Customer service said they wouldn't accept a return since it had been more than 30 days, even though THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG BRACKETS TO BEGIN WITH! Terrible quality control. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

We are very happy with our new adjustable bed frame. We have a platform bed with drawers so we needed a special zero clearance frame. This frame was easy to install and easy to use. My back loves this frame!!! We had a small issue which was resolved quickly by the store. We ordered on a Monday and it was delivered the following Wednesday (10 days) - considering that the East Coast was dealing with Hurricane Henri this was pretty good.
I think the people who have had long delivery times should probably have an issue with FedEx rather than Blissful Nights.

This place is worthless the manager is rude and has 0 customer service skills. His answer to my problem that they caused was.to cancel the order. He actually had the nerve to insult me.what A immature kid who definitely should not have a manager title.save yourself a lot of headaches and keep looking it will be worth spending a couple extra dollars. GOOD LUCK LADY'S AND GENTLEMAN.

Don't expect a full refund when returning their product. I tried to return bases after realizing that they would not work where I had intended to use them. I was informed that their return policy states that there will be an $80.00 charge if returned prior to 30 days. I waited the 30 days and arranged for pickup. After receiving a refund that was $180.00 less than I had paid, I contacted customer service. I was told that they would consult with their supervisor and find out why. I followed up a couple more times and still have not received an explanation. I have learned my lesson, a rather expensive lesson. I hope that this review will help others to avoid the same lesson.

Oh My Goodness! What incredible customer service! I bought an adjustable bed for my Mom. It is wonderful. Setup was super easy and it has worked wonderfully for more than a year. My Mom lost her remote and I called. They fedexed one to me for free. GREAT customer service, great product!

I ordered 2 beds on July 2nd. I received only one bed. After waiting a few weeks I called to inquire and the agent told me it had been delivered. After researching she realized I ordered 2 and only 1 was shipped. She advised me it will be ship and I’ll get a tracking# via email the next day. I waited a week and no tracking! I called back got a rude lady who said I can cancel the order if you want. .....How do you mess up on someone order, have them wait weeks and your resolution is to cancel? They must not appreciate consumers loyalty or support! I became frustrated and asked for my order to be expedited. She claims it can not be expedited and blames FedX for the shipping delay. Again I was advised, I’ll receive tracking the next day. I also requested a manager call me, was told Mark would and not one call back! Another week goes by and I called in and actually got Mark. Like all the other agents he made tons of excuses. I though I’d get resolution speaking with a manager but I did not. He spent more time defending the actions of his employees and company then he did listening to my issue or empathizing. He said they could not expedite it and again he’ll ship it and I will receive tracking the next day. After more back and forth she finally said they will expedite it and then proceed to make me feel as if they are doing me a favor! I mean your staff overlook my order, did not ship an item I paid in full for, gave me the run around for weeks and now I should be grateful that after calling back every week it will be expedited? I have no words! This entire experience has been a nightmare.

If I could rate this company with a zero, I would. We ordered a mattress and adjustable bed. They were super fast to process the money. Then, the lies began. A FedEx label was created and the pending status remained for days. No movement on map under tracking number, but the delivery date stayed the same 07/17/2020. Contact the company and am notified by quite a rude woman that if I would just be quiet, I could find out details. She was the extremely rudely overtalking me. Was also informed that if I could just be patient this would ship Saturday. Odd after I was informed that FedEx is to blame. Tired of the rudeness and request a supervisor.
The supervisor informs me that "since July 4 things backed up with Fed Ex and if I could contact FedEx and help this company". Was given quite the song and dance of excuses. I know everything that I am being told isn't rhe norm, but decided to give it another day. The tracking information was also quite a skewed, so it was difficult to understand the master tracking number and 5 piece shipment listed under the tracking number. Why, because the other tracking numbers remained in the pending status. Second red flag raised.
Contact FedEx as we know how their system operates. FedEx is miffed as their customers are not to create shipping labels until ready to ship per FedEx policy. FedEx feels the rest of the large shipment is on the company's dock, and hasn't been loaded. FedEx is honoring their contract with blissful nights. They are allotted x amount of trailers and this is delivered and picked up on schedule as always. There is no delay on FedEx part. We should also add my husband used to work for FedEx and knows their policies through and through; we also contacted someone at FedEx as a favor to look into situation.
Back up to this problem "began since July 4, 2020." Blissful nights has recently joined Wayfair, Amazon and other e-commerce revenues. Yes, we did our research. There were multiple fourth of July sells. Blissful nights is backlogged. We recontact the supervisor who finally admits that they just processed July 7, and it's July 22. He was hoping by the end of next week to have this sorted. We demanded our money back. I have never had a refund, refunded to me in under a minute. Be leary of the poor business practices and down right lies. BUYER BEWARE!!

The price is right. Good Quality! It took a little long to get here , 11 days. But it was well worth the wait. 4 stars because I didn’t get a return email or phone call when I tried to contact Blissfull Nights regarding delivery time.

I ordered a bed on 06/04/20 for my wife who has stage 4 cancer, she had been in the ICU for the past 6 weeks and was finally able to return home. On that date they created a fed ex label and marked the bed shipped. This is still the status 14 days later. I’ve contacted the company twice, both times I received a generic the item was dropped off at Fed Ex response and it’s not there problem (no sorry, or any other info). Spoke with Fed ex twice who states nothing was ever dropped off at there office. Company has taken my money ($1,300) and sent nothing to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. They have 3 one star reviews (only reviews) for a reason.

I ordered an adjustable base over a month ago. It barely got to the shippers last week. I tried calling and emailing and it was like pulling teeth to get a response. Horrible customer service.

NEVER buy from these people. My bed frame is more than 10 days late and the customer service is terrible. $1200 later I still don’t know if it will ever arrive. I just called my credit card company to dispute the purchase as fraud.

If I vould give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered the Cal-king adjustable beds with mattressess on 30 August with white glove delivery. The items took a couple of weeks to even be picked up by Metropolitan warehouse out of Maryland. After they picked it up, they changed the tracking number and my white glove delivery service, I had paid for, with door-step delivery. After calling Metro, they tell me they will have to verify I have paid for it (WG SERVICE) bc they had not changed anything in the system, yet two days prior, there is a different tracking number and white glove service on my order, like it was suppose to be. Now I am calling around, trying to straighten this out before the actual delivery date (4 weeks and 1 day later), because the person it is going to can not set up the bed themselves, HENCE THE REASON FOR WHITE GLOVE SERVICE PAID FOR, in the beginning. The logistics of the entire process is painstaking. Would not recommend for this reason.
