I absolutely love Burn Boot camp! The trainers really motivate and help you. The push you in the best way possible. The protocols are different every week so you’re not always doing the same thing. Everyone is friendly, kind, helpful, and encouraging. Now let’s end with two claps ????

Injury. Started off great for my wife, went thru the motions every week, no issues, even followed them to a new gym further away from our home. They recommended a personal trainer check in coach. Immediately noticed a difference in her no longer enjoying the gym because every time she went she was getting pushed passed her comfort level. Then the trainers felt compelled to push her more during the routines and it led to injury. There’s no protocol for these trainers and it’s clear that the business model they follow is designed for ex-athletes, when not all gym goers are looking for sport coaching. Moved out of the state, still paying for them to have injured my wife. Overall horrible experience.

The greatest community I have ever been a part of!! They have given me my sense of purpose and challenged me more than any gym or sport I have been a part of.

Love the environment! Lots of friendly, encouraging, and empowering woman. Even though I have felt insecure and haven’t worked out in literally a decade so my form is all wrong, but the woman are helpful and not judging at all. They have some awesome woman who watch the children for free. The classes go by VERY quickly and they push you HARD! I would refer anyone here!

I am 6 months postpartum and had two littles in two years so the thought of doing an intense bootcamp was terrifying. I could barely do a jumping jack without peeing my pants. A friend gently nudged me to try out burn and I’ve not only “made it through” 2-4 camps per week but I WANT to go and plan my week around camps now. My kids are well cared for too! My two year old asks daily if he can “go to bootcamp”. The trainers make a genuine effort to get to know you and I have yet to encounter the “cliche” of judgey regular members that I’ve experienced at other places. Instead I’ve found a group of encouraging, kind (mostly) women who celebrate where I’m at and help me out as I’m learning & regaining my strength. If you’re on the fence, just try it out. But beware you might get hooked :)

Burn Boot Camp has great workouts and awesome trainers. It's a different workout protocol everyday and you can modify the workouts to your needs. I am sore every week, which I personally love. I always leave camp feeling strong & sweaty. They also have complimentary childcare which is such a bonus having 3 small children. I get my workout in and an hour without the kids!

I'm going to come clean and confess that I know ALL of the positive reviews on this place were to get discounts on their memberships. There's no way anybody would actually 5 star this place. Here is the only REAL review you need. Place is great until it's time to cancel your membership (because you wised up and realized you could go to better facilities for half the price). When it's time to cancel you better strap in for war. The owner is an actual see you next Tuesday. She gave my wife a load of crock about supporting small business and tried to charge her $700 to cancel our membership after just 2 weeks. The actual facility is fine, but wouldn't you rather support a place with somebody you like in the community? This chick ain't it. Fortunately they keep raising their rate on her so she'll be ran out of town sooner than later, but I just wanted to let everybody know she's a scam artist and to be aware of her scheme. Enjoy your workouts!

Workouts are amazing, childwatch not so much. It seems that the childwatch employees also bring their own 1-3 kids in addition to (on average) having 12-18 children in the room. A suggestion for the childwatch team members is to take the crying kids out of the room quicker so that the other kids don't get worked up as well. Having three screaming kids at the gate for their mom just works up the other kids. I get it, as a mom, I want my workout in as well but don't benefit from this behavior. Either minimize the amount of kids there or remove the crying ones.

Best place ever. Workouts are intense and coaches are clear with instructions on how to do the workouts. So friendly....everyone from the staff to those working out with you. Also have online in case you are like me and travel for work

I always see the ad on my Instagram for Burn Boot Camp and I finally made the decision to jump out of my comfort zone. The free childcare was a big part of my decision, and I like how the gym isn't giant and overwhelming. I am only on my second week but I already feel better and hope to get to my goal by the end of my contract! The trainers are great and super motivational, I look forward to each work out. If you are on the fence about joining I can promise you will be so proud of yourself!

I've been to many boot camps, and Burn is one of the best! You only get 45 minutes, but it's INTENSE! You don't waste a minute as you're always moving. Also, there's much love & kindness from the staff & members. That always helps!

This is seriously the best gym I've ever been to! It has changed my life, literally. I've told all my coworkers to come and work here with me. The trainers are the best and so motivating. To be known by name, challenged and encouraged every camp, this is the place to be. Grateful for their management, the trainers, and the burn girls and guys. Next up, trying to get my mom here! Haha

Completed my first boot camp the other day after signing up for their 4 week promo. I just had a baby 2 months ago and didn't workout during pregnancy due to some complications. I am super sore but anxious to get back in and take another camp. Childcare is included which is amazing. Classes are 45min. Easy to catch on and members are friendly as well. I felt encouraged and motivated which is great when you're not confident in your strength or body!
