Took my mother in law to south coast plaza to have her shop around on a rainy day. Visited Burberry and my husband bought a very nice jacket. Store was very nice with their most up to date line of dresses, bags, coats, and accessories.

They have terrible attitude, the manager is unprofessional. they close waaaaay earlier than 8, even if we already selected what we want, we're through out. it doesn't worth waiting in line for 20 minutes and shopping in at all

A Burberry store at South Coast. There was no crowds at that time as we were the only ones inside store beside sales persons. The sales persons were very helpful fulfilling our request of trying on different styles.

Extremely disrespectful staff gave off racist vibes. Was looking for a present for my mom but was stared down by a wwoman and followed by an guy with my friends we left the store immediately. Another old man that worked there, made a comment that sometimes crazy people come into the store. I just went across and to LV where I was welcomed and bought the perfect bag.

Everyone I have gone here the service is just mediocre. Burberry in Beverly Center is by far better with customer service. I think it really is just Burberry.

This is an overdue review, about a month ago I went in to buy a pair of shoes I knew exactly what I wanted but no one seemed interested in really helping me. Which is fine I walked around the store for a bit, it was a slower day so there weren't too many employees on the floor. Finally a gentlemen helped me out, they didn't have my size so he online ordered for me. When the ordered arrived I got an email update, and of course the guy messed up my information. I no longer shop at this location due to the lack of customer service.

I got my black jacket and the new style of trench coat at Burberry in South Coast Plaza. The saleman is courteous and has knowledge about the jackets and the trench coats. My size is 2. The store has size 4. He offers free alterations. He also checks in stocks and there is only one size 2 in New York. He puts the order in for me but he can't guarantee it. Fortunately, I received it in 2 days.

Went by the store this afternoon in the hopes to buy some things for my family. I saw one employee on his phone texting away and the other with his hands in his pockets. Then I saw some other reviews here that said people have walked in and not one employee said hello to them. His face to rise on the following photographs as they document what I saw this afternoon on Friday, May 13, 2022. What a shame. It is truly a shame that these kids working there have no respect for the customers or their employer. Maybe the store can hire a proper manager to do surveillance of these people and make sure they do their jobs.The General Manager, Karen, could care less about this unprofessional behavior and sets the tone from her perch from above. I’ve never met someone so condescending, presumptuous and dim witted in a very long time. She portends to be a West End girl but very is far from it. Perhaps Human Resources should call her in for an extensive inquiry. I’d like to see her resume and to verify its content. A veracity check let’s say!

There are 3 employees not one ask hi can I help you 2 of them are texting. I guess cuz I'm holding bag to exchange. Felt rushed with my return. Poor service shop somewhere else.

This location is terrible and management needs to step in and retrain. I walked in with my niece and we were dressed casually. As soon as we walked in, two women looked at us and started laughing. When we passed them, one of the reps followed us around the store. My niece felt very uncomfortable and asked why we were being followed. I turned around and the woman just laughed and confirmed that she was walking behind us. I wanted to set a good example for my niece and help her understand that we will not be made to feel less than, so I continued to shop and even asked the woman to show me a few pieces. But honestly, if my niece weren't with me, I would have had a few choice words for her and given both reps a piece of my mind. Being dressed casually does not give anyone the right to be classist and walk behind the customer to keep a close eye on them. And it definitely doesn't mean that a person can't afford their products. I used to really like this brand until our treatment today, but after seeing how hurt my niece was after this experience, I will not be supporting this company anymore.

People working here are just on their phones and don't want to help anyone. Asked a sales lady that we wanted to see a blue jacket and she brings out the black ones first for no reason. Then we had to ask again for the blue and she finally brings it out. Whole time she is just on her phone not saying anything.

It was like love at first sight. I tried to resist... but it was like I could not escape the gravitational pull that kept me coming back to my Burberry Medium Leather and Vintage Check Two-handle Title Bag. This location of Burberry is on the 1st floor of South Coast Plaza, across from Louis Vuitton. They have the male section to the left and the female section to the right. They have clothing, accessories, shoes, fragrances, handbags and more. My friend and I took a full walk around the whole store until I finally saw the likeness of what I yearned for. Nick approached us with amazing upbeat friendly vibes and offered us his assistance. I was bumming it in my OC Athleisure attire, so I was surprised I got any attention at the Burberry store. I walked into the store with every intention to get the bag, but I was just curious to see how they would treat us. Nick was actually working the sales with some sparkling water, and telling me about the little details about the purse that makes it sturdy and fashionable. Fun fact on my new bundle of joy, the triple stud accent on the title bags represents the past present and future. I really enjoy the symbolism so it can be a constant reminder for me to work for the future I want. As Nick wrapped up my baby with great care and precision, my friend and I were enjoying champagne and toasting to my glorious purchase. We were having such a great time!! I highly recommend making your Burberry purchases in-store to truly enjoy all of the perks the storefront has to offer. Nick was so friendly and knowledgeable, he made my purchasing experience incredibly enjoyable and reassuring. I highly recommend Nick's service if you need extra help deciding on what is the right product for you. My handbag is extremely durable and it comes with one complimentary cleaning at the store within the year. You definitely need to be aware of the perks of your purchase so you don't miss out. I plan on taking such good care of my purse. I wouldn't mind paying for subsequent cleanings out of pocket to make sure my purse remains well taken care of. Work hard. Player harder! Looking at my purse just makes my heart smile. This is the standard of life I want, and I wouldn't settle for any less.
