I was nervous coming in to trade after reading some of the previous reviews, but my experience was absolutely amazing! Manager was training a new employee on how to sort and update traded items into the system (which of course I didn't mind this is their job it doesn't kill to be a little patient sometimes) manager was SO NICE and complimented me on my wardrobe. Definitely coming back to trade & shop!

Terrible service, no communication and had me waiting outside for 25+ minutes. Will not sell my clothes here ever again. Terrible service

The best re-sell experience I have ever had! The staff here is so friendly and helpful. They are well trained on popular brands and styles. They gave lots of tips and tricks on what items they always take and I ended up making pretty decent money for the items that had been sitting in my closet for months! And for the items they do not take they offer the option of donating them which I find super convenient! Will be coming back here with more items!

There is always something great you can find if you Dig, but be careful if I'm being honest some stuff is a scam... like why would you re sale a worn out white pro club for one dollar less than a brand new one... just a lot of goffy stuff like that. It's like they think oh we are the buffalo exchange so we can sell it for $3 even tho. That's what it's worth. But non the less unlike a thrift Store bacilli exchange has much better finds and generally cleaner.... But you will spend like $60 real quick. The hidden Gem in the shop are the glasses ... really really unique selection of glasses for $10 and under.

I read all the reviews and was quite hesitant to drive 40 miles to check out the goods. Customer service was awesome. Extremely welcoming and helpful. The selection of shoes, purses, pants, hoodies, costume jewelry and quirky goods was the best. The value was worth it because the dozen items we purchased were in almost new condition, averaging $12-$30. We will be back!

Honestly I came here because I read reviews saying they'd give better pricing than 2nd street. Was skeptical, so I called beforehand and asked if they buy luxury and designer items. They said yes. Upon arrival they didn't take a look at any designer items and said they can't authenticate them, that they have no way of doing so. The first worker was so kind and helpful also with other items but as soon as the supervisor or manager took over an immediate energy shift was felt. Won't be back, 2nd street is in fact better and that doesn't say much.

I thought I'd come down to this area to do some thrifting for more quality items (considering the area these thrift stores are in). I can tell that the buyers don't really venture out to Ross/Marshalls cause that's what they have marked up for higher the price than what they're sold for there. You're better off going to either one of those than here. I miss when B.E. was more funky pieces than what department stores already sell.

I waited 2 hours, which could have been done in 20 minutes, but staff like to talk a lot. The buyer only liked an old pair of dickies short I had brought out of a box of blue jeans that I brought in. Ironically, it was the only thing I thought they wouldn’t take. If you value your time, I would avoid going here to sell stuff.

Terrible. Brought all good winter items for the winter season from Diesel, Rag & Bone Givenchy and they rejected all the items after waiting on line for over an hour. The two girls behind the counter don’t know about quality or brands obviously. Don’t waste your time here. Go to a location that people know about brands and style.

I sold at closing and was told to put my bag up at the front, when they ushered me out at closing the bag full of personal belongings that was not sold was left behind. I called the next day and the entire bag of my stuff, $100’s of dollars worth, was donated without a chance to come get it, without a phone call and none of the managers told me about any sort of policy. Nothing could be done about it according to management, not even a small token of a coupon or gift card or anything…. As someone who’s worked for this company, I’m am beyond disappointed and horrified that they handled this so poorly.

They choose the most random things to buy, feels like workers just pick what they want to buy off of people not really what the majority would want. The girls that work here are super obnoxious and ego driven. I dread coming to this location to sell because of them lol. The dudes are cool though I've worked in retail before and it's not that hard to not talk to people like they are dumb or like you're a robot lol

The terrible attitude towards people is complete disrespect. waiting in line for more than an hour where there is not enough space and people are huddled together and buyers can't walk quietly because people are sitting who want to sell goods,. Then after so much waiting time they say that sellers must have documents with them to sell things.
I don't recommend this disgusting experience of selling things for a penny and wasting so much time to anyone.
