Very dissapointing service, i don't feel any hospitality from sales(asian) and his tone makes us quite uncomfortable, so don't want to shop here at all

I'm sure everyone that works there is fantastic, but my experience was with Huey. I would definitely recommend you ask for, or find him. I called in roughly a half an hour before they were about to close and he was patient with all my questions. Together we figured out exactly the shoe I was looking for. It was the Nubuck Calfskin sneaker. I was very happy to find out they had them in stock. I rushed straight down. As soon as I stepped 1 foot inside the store, I heard a friendly voice from the back yell out, Mike? I felt like I was connecting with an old friend. Even though they were minutes away from closing, Huey was great and showed me a couple of different options and a couple of different sizes. I ended up with exactly what I was looking for and while these are not cheap, I believe their shoes to be an incredible value. When the sole wears out, they will be sent back to Italy to get resoled. Stuff like this is truly an investment, versus the disposable fast fashion that everyone seems to love these days. I actually just got off the phone with Huey and he's going to help me track down another pair in a different color. I'm new to the brand but already know this will be my go-to brand for casual shoes. It's like walking on a cloud. They really are ridiculously comfortable. Believe the hype.

Once you try Brunello Cucinelli clothes nothing else will be good enough. I think of this store as customer education point. It takes time to become familiar with their sizing. The customer service is always excellent. They don’t carry every single piece and in every size. I usually will go there to touch the material or for tailoring . It’s always a joy to visit this place.

Disappointing service. Recently stopped in to purchase a pair of loafers. The boutique did not have the size I was looking to try. The sales associate told me I should just look online even after I asked to try on a shoe in a similar style to get the right size in this fit. Overall it was a very dismissive experience and one that is not up to standard for the brand.

Beautiful store and location. Brunello is one of our favorites and we visited this store while shopping in the area. We regretted that because we were met with such prejudice. It was such a disappointing experience. We were ignored and not helped even though we were looking to try on and possibly purchase some pants and jackets. However, we noticed, when a few Chinese women came in, the woman working came right up to them and started speaking Mandarin. She helped them right away and even offered them tea. We were speechless LOL I mean, at least don't be so obvious about it. We were so disappointed in the level of crassness here; customer service only exists if you are of a certain background it seems. If that's not you, I do not recommend coming in here.

I love cashmere. I've been collecting pashminas since I was in college after a former roommate of mine would show off her beautiful ones she obtained in Turkey. Since then, pashminas and cashmere have been an on-off obsession for me. I decided I needed to invest in a good cashmere sweater that I could wear for many years to come. It was between this and Loro Piana. Honestly, I felt the service at LP to be a little snooty so I decided to buy one here instead. No regrets!!! My sweater is gorgeous and so well-made. Not to mention it feels soft and isn't too bulky. I understand that the cashmere industry has been oversaturated by several mid-tier brands which offer more affordable price point for the average consumer. Unfortunately, those cashmeres are more likely to pill and the knits on cheaper sweaters do not get as soft over time as higher end brands like Cucinelli or LP. I don't like to be snobby or picky over these things, but it's worth saving up for one nice cashmere jumper instead of buying 3-4 that will fall apart after a few years! A part of me regrets getting a sweater from here because now I want several more! Alas, I have to think of my bank account. I'll be saving until then. :)

l love this brand. I have some of their shoes that I purchased from Neiman Marcus. in my opinion, this brand is definitely expensive. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing though. Beautiful store. Very nicely laid out. The problem, the sales associate just stood there and never said a word to all three of us. She acted like we were not even in the empty store. It was just us and her. It was extremely awkward. We left because the vibe was weird. I have to say though, I do love their merchandise but please be nice to the people coming into your store. Maybe it was just an off day for them. We wanted to buy the candle on sale but there was no way after the weird vibe we got, so we just left. We'll go back in the future and maybe things will be different next time around.

Its hard to not love the relaxed and chill culture surrounding this brand. If you love great Italian tailoring in a non pretentious attitude, this is the store for you. This has been my go to brand for Smart Casual/Business casual. The quality is immaculate and the styling is distinct with out being too trendy. Trigger warning though: This place is pretty expensive. The best part is that the corporate culture of the brand comes through to the retail level. Mr. Cucinelli has always been more philosopher than fashion designer. He uses his sales and profits to rebuild his village in Italy and support a vast number of social causes...This makes the shopping experience enjoyable because the pretentiousness felt at other luxury brands is completely missing. I can just shop, enjoy the process rather then deal with passive aggressive sales people who secretly hate their customers.
