Airport shop, so prices will be higher than normal. However, the prices at Brookstone for Beats earbuds are cheaper than Hudson News at gate 6.They also sell luggage here, phone chargers and toys.

Never, never never buy anything at Brookstone. I bought apple ear pods at the airport in Chicago. and asked for the Pro, they game me the lesser model. Yep folks, no return or exchange. (They were never opened- still sealed in plastic). They use the Covid excuse on no returns or exchanges. Thats just wrong. PLUS they charged me $ 40.00 more than the going price at apple. Yes I was a fool for impulse buying but Brookstone has a good name and I trusted them. NEVER again. (And just try and call them about this - no you have to email them and wait 9 days for a response that says, Sorry folks we cant help you)

The worst and horrible staff whose name is Alex. As. Fun of Brookstone, I wanted to try massage chair. While sitting on a chair I asked staff for a blanket to cover myself, guess what he said; we provide blankets for customers who wears skirts. I'm not wearing skirt but still I don't feel comfortable. This Staff named Alex did not give me still. Hey man I'm your customer you should do everything that makes customer comfortable. Then I asked him to adjust the chair accordingly to my height then he roughly did it, mumbling you can just sit here for 2 mins... Hey man I just came into your store. Quality of product is good, but representative of products are awful.

Great staff! They let our group of 7 cycle through and try all the massage chairs for 30-60 mins !!

Brookstone has interesting stuff, but the quality seems not quite there for the price. You can either get comparable items for cheaper or items that feel less like novelties with higher quality elsewhere. Shop around, you might be surprised. However, if you are looking for a gift and don't mind shelling out some extra money for the convenience, this is a good spot.
