I have bought a lot of clothes with this brand. Never had an issue with them. The one time I need to return an item due to it shrinking when washing it, they completely tried to belittle me. First the worker was extremely rude the moment I said I had to return something. I told him my issue, he proceeded to telling me I had to dry clean the sweaters. I asked him to show me where it said that. When he checked the tag it clearly did not say that. It said machine wash was the way to wash it. Once he noticed he was wrong & contradicted himself multiple times he went and got the manager on duty. Rodger then told me the same thing. Which is wrong because the tag does not say you must dry clean it. Never even bothered to look up my account. Right off the bat just hostile. I have spent well over $5,000 here and never once returned anything. The one time I had an issue they disrespected & belittled me. Ironic how they treat you like no other when I am there spending $1,000 but not when I have a issue.

Pretty rude people here. Typical pretentious sales people who won't help you out. If you can make the trip, the Del Amo Fashion Mall in Torrance has much better customer service than South Coast Plaza.

The employees are awful and unhelpful! Came into to do an exchange and the manager just had an attitude the entire time. When people are like this they should not be working at retail!

My dad needed a suit for a special occasion so we came here!They let you try on everything , good service , and yeah!The place overall is really great.Deff recommend.

they closed this location and merged with hugo boss store. It sucks cause the BOSS store had tons of options for dress shoes, button ups and suits. now that they share a small space with Hugo Boss there is only a small rack in the back for suit options. its a bummer

Went to Hugo Boss to shop for my son, and yes sir/ ma'am come here and buy. Edward the General Manager was very attentive, along with the other store employees.. Yaaaasss Hugo Boss keep doing what you're doing. See you soon.

What was once a professional high end men clothing store has reduced itself to a Walmart shopping experience. The staff, except a couple of veteran sales individuals, know very little about customer service skills or about their own products. Especially the current management. I spent thousands of dollars over the years at this shop. Will never drop a penny there again.

I had an online delivery and few items I had to exchange for right sizes. BOBBY from this store has good knowledge and expertise and excellent customer service skills. He helped me out in getting the right sizes exchanged perfectly. He was very thorough. His colleagues seemed little hesitant to help customers as he was very busy helping me and couple other customers at the same time while others were arranging clothes. A big SHOUTOUT to BOBBY. Also this store has few latest styles which aren’t there on their online store. Well maintained.

Sales team added tailoring extra charges without my consent!I bought a suit at this location, without asking me they started taking measurements to tailor my suit, since they didn’t mention anything about an extra charge for tailoring I left the store. I bought clones less than a month ago in Ralp Lauren and their tailoring was completely free.When I got home I saw my ticket and realized that they charge about $200 for tailoring.I came back to the Store and confronted the manager, explained him that his sales person charge me without my consent, he explained that’s a normal behavior for his store and that none has complained about it. I told him that there is nothing wrong about charging for tailoring as long as you tell the customer before charging him, and that he need it to train is sales people to do that, but he didn’t care to apply such policy.My advise:- Don’t leave this store without reviewing your itemized ticket, extra charges are normal for this store- Ralp Lauren gives you tailoring for free and the prices are similar.
