Store owner laguna hills did something to my service after I bought new motorola phone and my speed is disappearing faster than usual for same usage patterns and though I've bought two days packs to keep up and called boost CS 3 times they've not helped me. I offered to switch to $ 50 month for unlimited but wanted to charge me that atop what already paid for month for the trouble?! No gracias

Activated new plan and Christian was extremely helpful. He stayed late to make sure I was good to go when it took extra time switching existing phone number to new phone. Thanks again Christian!

Worst service ever if you live by the beach i cant believe these people are charging 50 a month for dropped calls roaming charges when im still in my house. Horribly slow internet speeds and horrible data coverage. I literally have to go out side just to check my email. Boost is poop.
