Gil and his gym are a winning combination! The atmosphere is welcoming, the equipment top-notch, and Gil is very personable making every workout enjoyable. Clean, organized, and accommodating to all fitness levels. Glad I came across it online!

I have been working out for over 50 years, I’ve seen my fair share of gyms. I am currently a member of three, and they all serve a purpose. But if I had to pick one to keep in my rotation it would Body Wise. This gym is never crowded Immaculately clean and has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. It has every piece of equipment and or attachment you could think of to achieve your fitness goals. If you’re looking to rehab I would start here but regardless of what you’re looking for it’s all here, a true gem amongst Orange County gyms.

Clean and not busy. Great place to do your work out with out having to wait for machines. The building has 2 open roll doors, so it's well ventilated. Parking in front and in the property. Not the latest equipment but it's more than sufficient. Lockers and bathrooms available.The owner is friendly and helpful at times with suggestions on a few of the machines. He also offers training for those looking for motivation. Located close to downtown.

I absolutely loved training here. A clean well organized space with all the essential equipment for building a seriously tremendous physique. High quality machines and implements with a very relaxed atmosphere that allows you to really get into a serious mindset.

Body Wise Fitness is great. Owned by a former competitive bodybuilder, this place has everything and then some - plenty of free weights, benches, cables, machines, cardio equipment, etc… The gym and locker rooms are impeccably clean. Definitely one of the best gyms in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach

Awesome gym, was my first time there while on vacation. Staff was great! Met Gil who was very friendly and even gave me a towel since I didn’t have one! Gyms clean and wasn’t packed. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

My boyfriend and I decided to pop in to check out this local gym. We were welcomed from the start by the owner and he gave us a thorough rundown of the equipment and the gym overall. I was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the gym and how organized every thing is. The gym is very spacious and is not over crowded. I'd definitely recommend this gym.

Nice, local boutique gym. The owner was warm to welcome my girlfriend and I. The area is super spacious and is a gym rats dream. Also, I've never seen cleaner bathrooms in any gym period. One of my favorite things is that there is no heavy foot traffic and it's a calm environment to workout in, we went at 5:30pm roughly. Overall, I would recommend this gym for anybody athletic or fitness inclined.
