“This auto shop was recommended by multiple community groups on Facebook and I went here a few months ago to get my Honda serviced. Great customer service and prices. The mechanic even showed me up close the damage I had done to my car and explained exactly what had to be replaced and done to fix everything. I appreciated the insight and seeing the problems he pointed out. I thought I just needed my break pads replaced but I had worn in my pads so badly it caused a lot of damage to my car (it was obvious after the mechanic took the wheel and parts off and showed me). So I had to get more replaced than originally expected but it was definitely needed. Would recommend this mechanic to anyone, will go back again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I would have liked to have given 4 1/2 stars but that wasn’t an option. :) A lot of care taken in making Lucy nice and shiny again! She looks good! The 1/2 star? The inside of my front window is really smeared, which causes glare when I drive in the sun, so I’ll have to redo it. Plus, I think the crack in the passenger seat was missed when vacuuming. Am I picky? I might be a little, because I used to detail my own car when I was younger. That makes me a tough customer! Cleaning the inside of your windows is one of the toughest jobs, so it’s so nice when someone gets it right. Even so, I will be back. You can tell Vic is conscientious and has a lot of pride in his work and business!”

“I can't say enough good things about Art and his team. My husband and I have had nothing but great service. So professional, honest, reasonable and the work is so amazing! We have had paint and body work done for our 1935 and 1936 Ford trucks as well as my 2014 Mercedes. The paint had gone bad on the hood, roof and trunk lid and Art and his team made it look like brand new. I can't even tell it was painted! The color match is perfect! In May 2024, Jay welcomed our damaged Durango due to accident with assistance of towing crew even though it was out of operation hour.
He is very kind and polite guy, he supported us so much.
Car damage was terrible, but Jay and his staffs repaired it completely, and Jay coordinate insurance coverage as well for our benefits.
Estimated completion was about two weeks, but unfortunately it took almost one month to repair. And responses for my question was a little delayed maybe due to busy work.
However, it didn’t affect the number of stars. It was within the range I assumed. They did such an excellent job. Overall their work was amazingly professional.

“I bring two trucks, a GMC 3500 dually and a 2500 for all their repairs and maintenance. These trucks work hard and Herb’s staff of mechanics works hard keeping them in tip top condition. Herb’s has kept these trucks on the road for many years. Additionally, they do all the work on my personal car a Mercedes GLE 350. Why am I loyal to Herb’s? Because they are loyal to me. “I recently bought an F type from a Northern California dealer. Something happened during transport because unfortunately I got the car AND it had a totally scraped up front fender, rocker panel and a scuff below the taillight [Like something had rubbed up against it] Had to be fixed.Back to European Motor Car Works- who did a phenomenal job on my XK years prior when I was hit.
