Big shout out to the store especially, Jacob, always having quality products and quality service. This will always be my go to location for sneaker shopping even though I live in Los Angeles lol they always have such a variety of sneakers, especially with special collections!

I had a great time shopping with Jacob. I visited on Wednesday night and came back on Thursday to look a bit more and purchase. Jacob remembered me from the night before and made sure I was taken care of! Love my shoes, pricing was fair. Same as the brands website.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews about Blends, and I think the store definitely gets a bad wrap. I've read bad reviews about how unattentive the employees are and how the don't even act like they care. I'm here to tell you that this just isn't true, the people there are more than welcome to help you out, they just don't bombard you with questions right as you walk in. Everyone likes different things, but me personal I don't like being asked several question (that's just me though). They'll ask you if you need anything and that's all they really need to say. The selection here is obviously amazing at least for me since it fits my personal style. The prices are a little high up, but the quality of these products are second to none! Please check them out again and don't get discouraged!

The selection is decent but the employees here are more concerned with talking to their friends than helping customers. If you're lucky enough to finally get their attention then they won't listen to your shoe size and will only bring you sizes too small. Don't bother dealing with the terrible parking to go here. It's not worth it.

Only store I shop for sneakers in OC. Ru is always consistently helpful with all my purchases. If I ever have any issues with not finding sizes he's always willing to let me know when new items are coming. The staff is chill and if your looking to be helped as if you are at Neiman Marcus. Chill out, it's shoes bro.

Dishonest workers. They are just trying to sell you stuffs. After that, if you have any problem or questions about the product. They won’t help you with anything. They even lie about the return policy. One of the worker claim their product is 5 day return. But it turns out to be 5 day exchange or store credit. Every single store I have visited will tell me clearly return or no return. And they even tell me the return policy is on the receipt. This is all my personal experience. Believe it or not is up to you. Based on my own experience they are careless and irresponsible.

Found a pair of Hokas and was quoted $120 but needed another size. Was told it could be transferred and would be here in a week and they would call. Fast forward to today, 2 weeks later, I stopped by. Shoes were in since earlier in week with my name and number and no one called. Then was told price was $10 higher than originally quoted.No manager; just some kid with “sorry”. Lousy customer service; bait and switch on pricing. Will see if contacted by anyone in management after this experience. Staff needs better training and not just “no care attitude”.
