Joey took care of me from start to finish. His work was top notch and provided a great value. He has worked on my Porsche, Maserati and several other cars. I would highly recommend Blackforest and I was absolutely satisfied with their customer service and quality of work.

I am not big on writing reviews. However, this guys here are very honest. As a matter of fact, they didn’t charge me for my first visit here. My air suspension on my 2003 Range Rover was out. I couldn’t figure it out, but they did and told me I have to replace. I don’t have the money because Range Rover maintenance are expensive. They put air in the driver side suspension and then the car that was bouncy when I drive was way better. Also, my air condition was having electrical issue. I was originally charged for one hour labor but because it didn’t take them one hour to fix, they charge me for half an hour. They also fixed my replace my coolant expansion tank. Other shop will still charge one hour labor for half an hour. All I am saying is that they are honest, knowledgeable, and fair with their price.

Be aware that Black Forest was sold recently. Zach, Angelina, and Jason have moved to Idaho. The new owner kept my BMW in the lot for a week with no phone call. They did not address any of my requests, and gave me a huge estimate for repairs with no evidence they had even put the car up for inspection. This was my repair shop of choice for many years. It is only the same in name. Overbooked and overpriced. Others I have spoken with have also left. The reviews are not current. Do not recommend

My 2008 BMW M3 car had a loud knocking sound and Black Forest was recommended to me by a friend. Juan diagnosed it and said the knocking sound was coming from my clutch. So we set up an appointment and he did his magic. He was right where the knock was coming from...... the clutch! The clutch was breaking apart and hitting the clutch housing. He replaced the whole clutch assembly and the knocking went away. The whole time he was sending me updates on what's going on. He also fixed my TPMS malfunction. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work quality, great pricing, very friendly people, and I will be going back to them for any work on my car. I highly recommend Black Forest Independent BMW. After moving to the area, I needed to find a new shop for my 2008 e93 328i. I stumbled upon Black Forest Independent BMW, who at the time already had great reviews. I call them up for your typical oil service. Very friendly staff and always up for the challenge of getting you in as soon as possible. I showed up, within 15 minutes, my car was up on a lift and being worked on. I was allowed to stay and look at the underside of my car, which I appreciated. Ever since, Ive brought my car back to their shop twice, once for a vibration they were able to diagnose, expensive but they were correct and have never tried to sell me anything I did not need. I believe is was a coolant pump electrical issue. The last time I visited was today. I had done spark plugs and ignition coils on my own since I had a misfire on cylinder #5. After doing the work myself, I found myself now with a misfire on #4 and #5. I call Black Forest Independent BMW and even on their busiest day, they told me to swing by. Juan takes a look at my work and tells me that I did not tighten and snap on the wires to the coils all the way. Car is now back on the road working beautifully. This is an amazing shop, it feels like family, and I will continue to bring my BMW to them. Thank you!!Services: Oil change

These guys are legit!! I brought in my 2002 BMW M3 to get some big repairs done and the car is driving amazing like how it should be. Daniel and the team are polite, honest and really knowledgeable mechanics. I highly recommend anyone to bring in their Bmw here, they will take care of you with a better quote than other shops. I definitely plan on coming back.

This isn't your typical mechanic... thank goodness! I am happy to recommend Black Forest Independent BMW!! I found them after having a terrible experience at another local BMW mechanic. At Black Forest, I am treated with respect and appreciation for my business. If I don't understand the issue, they take the time to explain it to me and show me what the problem is. The owners Juan and Daniel are awesome guys. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable! I could not be happier with their work and their service. They've also been quick to assist when I am in a time crunch. Give them a chance to service your car - you'll be glad you did!
