This is one of the best BestBuys still around. There is always an employee to greet you at the door and assist you to the right direction for whatever you are looking for. Items are always in stock as well. They also have a great selection on plush dolls/squishmallows. Shout out to the sales rep in the exotic area of tvs and stereos. Took the time to talk to us even though everything in that room was out of our price range. Even had the time to show us that massive and beautiful samsung tv. I forgot my BB credit card however, the gentleman at the cashier was able to look up my account and charge me for my item. Highly recommend this gem!

Poor service, no acknowledgment. Walked around appliances and saw two sales rep sitting on the computer. Dint like the fact that I wasn't even greeted. Or told that someone will be with me as soon as someone becomes available. ( assuming they were busy) Walked out, and I'll think twice about coming back.

Always coming to Best Buy ( admittedly to buy stupid things that I don’t need ha ha) but this location has great product availability and customer service is top notch. In fact, it makes it one of the best buys I frequent more often just cause the employees professionalism knowledge and overall demeanor. Special shoutout to Zach who’s always friendly and super on top of his product info and what’s best. Second shoutout to Nick w geek squad awesome customer service and a beast efficient worker ..no joke a machine!!! Also, lastly Danny tops the cake awesome knowledge in various tech related to sportswear and hardware and was very patient w my silly q!! Thanks all.

I recently went in to the Costa Mesa store and dealt with the store manager Josh Pike. I was looking to buy a Tesla EV charger that would work on my Lexus and he took the time to research and ordered me the correct charger for my needs. He was patient, intelligent, straight forward, professional, and kind. He made my purchase seemless and took the time to make sure it was right for me. He exceeded all my expectations and I will only visit this store from now on for all my BestBuy purchases.

Service was very disappointing, spent ages trying to get a member of staff to help and when they finally arrived they just used their phone to look at the website and give us information.

I was there 3 weeks ago purchasing surround sound for my home. Jason in Home Theater was amazing. He was so kind, caring, and respectful. I went back 2 weeks later because I found a better deal and wanted to return some stuff, and I dealt with Rohan. He is the worst person I’ve ever seen in sales. He was so rude, and he tried mansplaining everything to my mom. We kept saying we wanted open box speakers and he was trying so hard to give us brand new ones so he’d get better commission. He would get frustrated so easily and thought we were stupid and he just had no idea how to talk like a decent human being. If you’re at Best Buy Costa Mesa, don’t even approach Rohan and go straight to Jason.
