I recently visited this store on two occasions, and both were seamless. The first time, I worked with Ryan, who was so knowledgeable and helped me with the only concern I had. The next time, I worked with Lewis, and he was just as sweet and educated. They made sure all of my concerns were addressed, and never made me feel silly for asking them. I highly recommend this store for their knowledge, friendliness and communication. All star staff! Make sure you ask for Lewis or Ryan the next time you are there.

The employees were nice and some of their fragrances smell so good but I personally think that a lot of it is overpriced and be warned that the candles cause pollution in houses and aren't good for pets.

Let's start with some background... so every year I put together holiday gift baskets for everyone in my office. Naturally, with all of those purchases, I rack up some rewards. Well, it's that time of year and so far I have racked up 7 rewards. I used one, so I should have 6 remaining, or so I thought... While out of town recently, I logged into my account and noticed all of my rewards were gone. So when I went into the store for my pick up order, I thought I would ask the staff what happened, hoping my app had just glitched. Right away I was greeted by Crystal, who was more than happy to help and tried checking her system to see if it differed from the app. Unfortunately, it was the same, so she suggested we call customer service. She jumped on the phone with them and right away they start giving her the run around, starting with stating that I didn't have a rewards plan!! to which she stated "I'm looking at it". While she continued to argue with this knucklehead on my behalf, Alisa came out and started looking up each of my individual orders to confirm they weren't accidentally used. (They weren't) So she simultaneously jumps on another line with customer service who after 20-30 minutes tells her that there was a glitch in the system and my rewards went to someone else. In short, customer service kept these ladies on the phone for a total of 45 minutes and they continued to fiercely advocate for me. So a huge THANK YOU to Crystal and Alisa who successfully proved to customer service that their system messed up my rewards and had all of my rewards returned to my account. You are both rockstars and I wish you a very happy holiday!

Great location with plenty of in stock items, even when they have their semi annual sale. The sales associates were helpful in showing me the scented hand soap I want without being too pushy in selling me it. They have a great selection including White Barn candles and sink to wash your hands using samples. Of all the stores, this location is one of the biggest ones in a prime spot at Southcoast.
