I’ve gotten all but one pair of my piercings done at Barbella either by Cat or Derek. The professionalism, competency, knowledge, and customer service offered here is truly nothing short of genuine and top notch, and keeps me coming back for all of my piercing needs. I cannot recommend this place enough. You get what you pay for and this is definitely worth every single penny.

Took my teen daughter here twice before for piercings and had great experiences so we went here a third time....not so great. While I appreciate the honesty as she didn't have the anatomy for the piercing. That was not the issue. Arrived and was checked in. Was told the wait is 1 hour and 40 minutes. The piercer had to take a lunch and theres 1 person ahead of you. We said ok will it be OK if we return in and hour and was told yes but if you aren't here when we call you, you will go to the end of the line. Upon returning after an hour of sitting in the car, we were moved to end if the line and 3 people who just arrived moved ahead of us ( I asked and they said they weren't there long). Not great customer service. We will not be returning here in the future. Sad because it used to be a great place. Prepare to wait.

If you are looking for a piercing studio, this is it. I have gotten all my piercings done here and the service they provide is phenomenal. I went in last week to have my 7 year old daughters earrings switched out due to one of them getting dug in (piercings were done elsewhere. BIG MISTAKE.) We were helped by Cat, she was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. Everyone here is just amazing.. it is always a good experience with them.

I’ve been here a few years back and had a good experience, NOT the same experience today. I went in to look for a certain type of jewelry aesthetic, the lady that was helping me had black hair a Black septum piercing, and some lip piercings, right off the bat she did NOT have welcoming demeanor. I told her what i was looking for and she showed me some options, they did have the jewelry i wanted and i asked her how much it was and she said it depended on the length, which i understand, i went on to explain i wanted to buy the jewelry and get it pierced somewhere else, she proceeded to say that i couldn’t have the jewelry until six months after a getting it pierced, okay i never said i was going to put in right away, and even if i did it wasn’t her place to tell me what i can and cant do considering i wasn't getting it pierced there, nor did i ask for her opinion on when i should put it in, i have piercings so i am well aware, and i asked again about the price and she said it depends on the length and i said okay i understand that but i mean of the one she was showing me and she just keep repeating herself that it depends on the length, but that wasn't the question i was asking about the exact one she was showing me, so she was not paying any attention to what i was saying at all. I was getting frustrated with her attitude and horrible customer service so i left and went to Tommy’s T’s body piercing studio where I had a much better experience and I had no issue finding what I was looking for and did not have to deal with horrible customer service that lady gave me.

Great service all around. The end of my daith jewellery went AWOL while I was out so I googled the nearest piercing studio, called Barbella to make sure they had jewellery compatible for a daith piercing and sped over there. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Everyone was super friendly. Would definitely go back and recommend others to check out this studio for the piercing needs.

AMAZING!!!!!!! 11/10 if you’re thinking about getting a piercing definitely come here. First of all the vibes in this place are so cool, so relaxing and calming. The service was great, you can tell they’re passionate about their jobs! The lady at the front counter (Lauren?) I think was her name she’s so sweet and helped me pick out my jewelry for my naval piercing! Which I was soooo nervous about but also so excited. My piercer, Derek was absolutely awesome. He walked me through what he was going to do and why, he was very gentle and he also made me feel better when I was scared to do it! My sister had gone in after me and unfortunately her naval didn’t have the right anatomy to get pierced he had told us why, all of the things that could happen if they did pierce it, and didn’t just do the piercing and take the money he was honest with us which is very important. While my sister is sad about not being able to she appreciates the honesty! I will definitely be going back for my next peircing!!????

Went to get my philtrum looked at, got it done at another piercing shop and sadly it started embedding! Called Barbella and went right in to get it looked at cause my paranoia was setting in! Derek was great with the entire process and offered great suggestions in case the bar he placed didn’t work! Will definitely be returning!

I just had an amazing experience at Barbella. I wish I could remember the name of the wonderful person at the front desk but they were soooo patient and kind and took a ton of time helping me pick out jewelry. She didn't push me on getting something super expensive either - just helped guide me perfectly. Then I got to meet my piercer Parker. I was super super nervous because I was getting a more intimate part on my chest pierced (don't know what I can say on Yelp). He was completely reassuring and kind and was very good about telling me everything he was going to do step by step before I did it. He made me very comfortable, yet also didn't make me feel silly for being the anxious mess that I am. The piercing went very quickly and was much easier than I thought. They sent me away with aftercare instructions. It was overall a great experience and I will recommend my friends to come here if they are considering a piercing!!

Cat fixed a piercing that Sacrament messed up and couldn’t fix. She measures and checks accuracy to make sure she has the perfect placement. Super happy with the results. I’ll be recommending everyone to Barbella Studios!

Absolutely the best place to get a piercing. All the staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the right placement, right spot for your piercing. Tragus piercing was a simple Pop and done. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get pierced again!

If you are considering having a piercing or jewelry change, do yourself a favor and be very cognizant of all their hidden fees! Barbella aka "Best Studio Ever, Inc." is a complete money pit! I brought my 6 year old daughter here for her 1st piercing and they charged a sitting fee for each ear, plus charged for both front jewelry as well as push pin flatback jewelry! After my daughter picked out her jewelry I asked Lauren & Cat for an estimate or breakdown and they said, "Don't worry we will break it all down before we take your daughter back. Please sign the consent forms first." A line of about 4 people behind me built up, and they ended up taking her back without giving me an estimate. I had no idea my total would be $403! It should not cost $403 for a 6 yr old to have her ears pierced plus 1 jewelry change for myself. How is this even possible!? The ladies also told me I could bring her back once my daughter's backing started catching on her clothes, because the backing they used was long enough to make room for swelling. When I called back to see if I needed to make an appointment... they said "no, you can just walk in." I said, "great and that is included in the original cost of the $403 bill correct?" Of course she says, "no, we charge again for a sitting fee for each ear plus a new backing for each ear!" Wow I wish I would have been quoted all this before I was completely taken advantage of! The cherry on top, I kindly tipped 20% for the piercer, Cat but then they also gave a portion of her tip to Lauren who rang us up. Again, this was not discussed with me, this was just done. This studio is a complete rip off! Avoid it at all costs! They have a routine of not providing quotes and then throwing a 1/2k bill at you and expect you to cough it up without question! Go to a studio you have been referred to by a friend that will not take advantage of you!

I've gotten a few piercings done here and although I had to take my last piercing out, it was due to user error. Staff is always super friendly and accommodating. I am someone that has fairly fast and severe reactions to things like piercings and the staff have always been super helpful and accommodating, never making me feel ashamed or guilty for an involuntary response. All (except one due to my own negligence) of my piercings have healed up well; lobes and labret lip piercing. Definitely can't recommend this place enough, whenever I want a new piercing this is my go to place!
