Claudio you’re a walking L of a sales associate. How do you “forget” to tell me that the boots I bought can’t be exchanged nor be returned for store credit before selling it to me? I even made a remark saying that if the size YOU recommended to me didn’t fit, I’d exchange it. But you didn’t think to stop me then?? lol cmonnnnnn

If I could give this place minus stars I would. The staff acts like they're doing YOU a favor by even talking to you. Not to mention these people have a creepy vibe that I just can't put my finger on. Maybe all of the news stories are true? Who knows. Anyway I'd give it a pass if I were you.

After the recent child porn scandal. I reached out to Balenciaga requesting to return all Of my items. My kids for bullies for wearing their hoodies and shoes to school. I was told they will NOT take any returns outside of the usual return policy. Even though EVERY other store in the world is taking back all, no questions Asked. I cannot believe we are forced to keep a product that we purchased under a very different context. The product has ZERO value now. Never ever will I purchase another item.

Disgusting brand due to its supportive role in promoting R rated materials via children. It's like showing S&M gay and lesbian fetishized porn to a 5 year old. NOT OK. I think they got way over their head with their status and fame.

Hello, I am writing this review to express my concern that some Balenciaga's marketing is exploitative to young children. I am specifically referring to teddy bears wearing BDSM clothing. I want to be clear that if the ads featured adults wearing such outfits, while not my cup of tea, I would have no objections. Respectfully-submitted, a concerned father from Southern California.

i highly recommend shopping at another store than this one. the people who are running it are disgusting and they openly fetishize children through their ads. will not ever be buying anything from this store. i highly suggest not shopping here.

This place was my favorite place because Nancy was my to go to! I would simply text her what I wanted and I would go pick it up. She had a profile set up for me, therefore knew sizing and preferences. She was super friendly and kept in touch with me regarding new releases. Unfortunately these last few times we've gone in they are have new staff and they definitely profile you. Service given to you based on their prejudices. My wife purchased 2 hats online and when we went in to exchange sizing. We found out Nancy nor Jason work there. We were treated as if we were begging for money. FYI, once you purchase an item there is no exchanges. Their returns are given back to you in a form of a gift card. Make sure to take a picture of the gift card in the event you were to misplace it.

I write this mail is very, very unhappy, because of the original money bought a defective, shop assistants don't like to exchange this for me, because I lost the receipt, but I have a bank records of consumption, but they don't give me deal with bad attitude, I seriously doubt they had when the switch for me, because when I tried the sample is not the same as I get its hands on, the logo is crooked, not in the central!

Buy my girlfriend a bag & a wallet for Thanksgiving. However, she didn't like this brand ... and she even didn't open the box ... I came back next week, and they said they do not accept return ... They didn't say anything when I bought it ... DO NOT SHOPPING AT THIS STORE. They are scammers ....
