In May 2024, Jay welcomed our damaged Durango due to accident with assistance of towing crew even though it was out of operation hour.
He is very kind and polite guy, he supported us so much.
Car damage was terrible, but Jay and his staffs repaired it completely, and Jay coordinate insurance coverage as well for our benefits.
Estimated completion was about two weeks, but unfortunately it took almost one month to repair. And responses for my question was a little delayed maybe due to busy work.
However, it didn’t affect the number of stars. It was within the range I assumed. They did such an excellent job. Overall their work was amazingly professional.
We really appreciate their kindly support.”

We have had paint and body work done for our 1935 and 1936 Ford trucks as well as my 2014 Mercedes. Something happened during transport because unfortunately I got the car AND it had a totally scraped up front fender, rocker panel and a scuff below the taillight [Like something had rubbed up against it] Had to be fixed.Back to European Motor Car Works- who did a phenomenal job on my XK years prior when I was hit. “I purchased a brand new Kia Telluride. While experimenting with my parking in our garage, (it's a bit of a longer vehicle than the Jeep Cherokee i was used to parking.) I didnt pull in far enough and the garage door hit the back of the hatch. I caught it, so it only damaged the upper panel. The next time it happened, we hit close and walked away. The next day, the whole back end was scratched all the way down. I called Crash Champions and was told to bring er on down. That was Monday. It was perfectly done. Had er back by Friday. Nathan & Leslie and the whole crew were a pleasure to work with. Hopefully, I'll never have to get that repair again, or any other! We finally got smart and hung a tennis ball from the garage, so we know exactly when to stop!! Thank you to Crash Champion Costa Mesa, for your expert job.
