In May 2024, Jay welcomed our damaged Durango due to accident with assistance of towing crew even though it was out of operation hour.
He is very kind and polite guy, he supported us so much.
Car damage was terrible, but Jay and his staffs repaired it completely, and Jay coordinate insurance coverage as well for our benefits.
Estimated completion was about two weeks, but unfortunately it took almost one month to repair. And responses for my question was a little delayed maybe due to busy work.
However, it didn’t affect the number of stars. It was within the range I assumed. They did such an excellent job. Overall their work was amazingly professional.

“I recently bought an F type from a Northern California dealer. Something happened during transport because unfortunately I got the car AND it had a totally scraped up front fender, rocker panel and a scuff below the taillight [Like something had rubbed up against it] Had to be fixed.Back to European Motor Car Works- who did a phenomenal job on my XK years prior when I was hit. “Got into an accident and looked them up on Google decided to take my car into them and get an estimate. They were very helpful attentive, and considered of my needs. “I can't say enough good things about Art and his team. My husband and I have had nothing but great service. So professional, honest, reasonable and the work is so amazing! We have had paint and body work done for our 1935 and 1936 Ford trucks as well as my 2014 Mercedes. The paint had gone bad on the hood, roof and trunk lid and Art and his team made it look like brand new. I can't even tell it was painted! The color match is perfect! If you are looking for a reliable shop to help you with body work and paint, you won't be disappointed! Art is the best!”
“Needed a custom hydraulic hose made with specific fittings. Called and spoke to Brooks who informed me they could make the hose (after physically checking to make sure they had the proper fittings) and the cost. I ordered the hose a few days later and they said they would have it done by the end of the day. A few hours later Gabby called to say the hose was ready (several hours early). Picked up the hose (exactly what I wanted) and no surprises on the cost. This place is GREAT.”
“Brought my Infiniti here for a Star Smog Inspection, the team was very helpful and the shop was pretty neat, i asked a few questions about the other cars in the garage and they didn't mind answer my questions.The smog test only took 10-15 mins, asked me a few questions about the car and got me in and out really quick Intime to get my car registered. Right off the highway so easy to get access too, around the corner is alittle corner store and phillys best subs if you have some work being done. Overall anything JDM or even USDM bring it by them and they should get you all taken care of.Services: Auto emissions testing”

“Great shop with a fantastic owner. I went in later in the evening looking for what I thought would remove some streaking caused by a sealant that was applied in the sun. Marco came out to greet me, asked if he could see the vehicle to check out the streaking himself. After looking at it he then asked what I had already tried. After hearing what I had tried he went into the shop and grabbed a few items. Initially he tried his line of ceramic detail spray which removed some of the streaking but Marco said he had something else and then began using a super resign polish. In the small test area he was able to clear the streaking out with the polish. He then walked me through the steps that I would n ed to do to get the best results. I was very impressed with Marco's knowledge, skill, and friendliness. After ringing me out for a few items, none of which I felt pressured to buy Marco asked if there were any aspects of detailing I was interested in and I list a couple things I would like to learn to do better Marco explained he puts on free classes occasionally that cover some of the topics. He then asked if I would be interested in participating and if so to leave my name and phone number in his book so he would be able to reach out to me when the classes begin. Overall a very informative and great trip to Detailing Depot. Fantastic selection of products and amazing customer service. Thanks Marco”

“I purchased a brand new Kia Telluride. While experimenting with my parking in our garage, (it's a bit of a longer vehicle than the Jeep Cherokee i was used to parking.) I didnt pull in far enough and the garage door hit the back of the hatch. I caught it, so it only damaged the upper panel. The next time it happened, we hit close and walked away. The next day, the whole back end was scratched all the way down. I called Crash Champions and was told to bring er on down. That was Monday. It was perfectly done. Had er back by Friday. Nathan & Leslie and the whole crew were a pleasure to work with. Hopefully, I'll never have to get that repair again, or any other! We finally got smart and hung a tennis ball from the garage, so we know exactly when to stop!! Thank you to Crash Champion Costa Mesa, for your expert job. It was also an extremely positive experience working with these folks. They always kept me updated and were very professional!! We will use them in the unfortunate event it happens again!
