$25 for a hand wash seems reasonable but the place is a little odd. There is a bed in front. There is an older gentleman who was camped out on a restroom for the whole time I was there (25 min) sitting on the toilet with his pants down and the door open. The was was pretty good.

I've been going to Angeles auto spa for 17 years. Out beats other surrounding car wash prices. Great customer service and quality of work. I recommend this place to everyone.
