Lady tried to extort me and charge me for a drink I DID NOT GET. Cashiers did not speak any english and didn't accept my Apple Pay because I was "giving attitude" Don't come here.

Absolutely terrible service they over charged me and didn't even speak English. None of the coffee machines worked either. Also very dirty.

Horrible carwash and customer service, I paid for the premium carwash and when I left my car still had soap and was barely dried. So I went inside and the lady told me to wait in a 15 mins line and when i asked to speak to a manager she completely ignored me and did not seem to care at all. I had to call the store from google maps to speak to a manager, I'm never coming back!!

The staff there is Super friendly, I usually come here once a week after work with my dad and it's always super clean and they have the best tasting fountain drinks ^^

Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable for gas and for food as well. For those that don't know you can bring your own cup and get a coffee refill for 99 cents only! I don't eat the hot food much but when I do it's prepared well. Hot dog or breakfast sandwich or burrito! Save yourself some money at ampm! Too much good stuff!

For being in Costa Mesa, was expecting a bit more from this AMPM. Crazy to think I would or should be expecting anything from an AMPM but here I am.This location feels small, cramped and a bit dirty. It's a bit unorganized and messy inside but hey, it's an AMPM.Plenty of parking though.

Car wash is OK. The dryer SUCKS, so your car shows residue afterwards. Gas is cheap but this spot is always busy!

The pumps are always broken. The car wash receipts never print out after the gas is pumped. The gas is cheap but other options are around the corner. The staff isn't helpful and want you to wait in long lines just to ask them a question. Also the car wash doesn't have a vacuum

I came here to get gas it seemed to be the cheapest in the are (even tho it adds a $0.35 merchant fee, for what?! scamming) the line was long and people were fighting for spots. I get there and the card reader wasnt working you had to pay inside. Many people seemed to be in line for the same issue. I was in a rush so I didn't check my station spot number, the line was long so I asked if they could help me check the guy Alex just said he dunno and said I had to go check myself even though there were 3 people behind the counter and a long line while the other two workers werent doing anything. I left the line to check and came back already annoyed. I got to the front and he ignored me for 2 mins while talking yo his coworkers and counting money, I put money on my station and went out and tried to put gas but it cancelled for some reason. I went back in got in line AGAIN and told Alex and he said it was cancelled and shrugged and wasnt helpful! I asked what he meant he said "i dunno you cancelled" I told him i did not, and he just stared at me as his bigger female coworker just gave me attitude and put the reciept in my face to say I cancelled. I said ok well then put it again and Alex said ok and I asked them both to come help me do it as obviously its having technical issues and I dont want to wait in line to cancel again and they ignored me. I asked again for some of the 3 people just sitting there to come help me and do their job but they wouldnt come out and just stared at me with their lazy fat old asses. I will NOT be coming back here and I will be calling management. They are lucky I didn't cure them out I was shaking with anger! I have worked in service many years in minimum wage jobs and I have never seen such lack of care or service, you don't have to go above and beyond but they doing less than bare minimum! They are parental age and I hope if they have kids that ever need help with something that no one helps them and they understand how they lack ridiculous amounts of empathy and heart. Zombies are what these workers are.

(at the ampn in Hemet can on sanderson) Let me share the worst/most embarrassing experience I've ever had in a convince store/gas station it's roughly 10pm just getting off a 12 hour shift working my normal construction job. Walk into a morderatly busy scene im in a hurry to get home to my girl I bee line it to the chip rack grab a bag of ruffles and then straight to the line of 3-4 people in front of me, to make it worse all my peers around my age, I then realized everyone is wearing a mask but me I go to look into my pocket for a mask to acknowledge our social distancing standard before I could even pull it out I hear a booking hey! I look up and the chubby balding white cashier is glaring at me and says in a rude voice "hey put that back" I said what and he says "yeah put it.." I cut him off because I can't believe it, I fill up at this ampn twiceva week and go there damn near everyday for my ciggarettes,instant anger and I say hey man I didn't steal a beeping thing homeboy he says "come on yeah you did" I told him to call the cops and let's see what I got in my pockets he looks confused at me and my bllatent disrespected demeanor and anger before he could shame me more for something id never do/need to do because I got a job and pay my way all day I said you know what how bout you come Pat me down and then we go outside and I'll.....well you know the rest because I am a self respecting man and will defend my character and honesty as well as you image in this community through what ever exchange nessasary and you know what I'll pass some real and deserved shame on this man and call him an imbecile and a coward no man should hide behind a woman when simply asked to back up slanderous lies against me and on top of that Cindy the other cashier was screaming in my face to get the f out of the store repeatedly until I realize my request to said chubby balding dude wouldnt be fulfilled... They have gerrrreat prices here.The staff is pretty friendly.they caught me stealing food from here when I was homeless.two or three times they kicked me out.but they always forgive me and let me come back in and shop some more.THANKS GUYS!

If you want your money stolen come here these morning employees can barely understand English, I told the lady if I could get $20 on 10 and somehow she heard 7, went back to ask for a refund and told me it was my fault. Gas might be cheap but not worth it when they giveaway your money to someone else. Save yourselfs some time and money by going somewhere else. Feel bad for all the people this happens to.

Always have the lowest price of gas in the area!! It usually gets a bit busy and the have a lot gas things!!
