I came to the gas station after work and do Apple Pay I start putting gas in my car and it stops at .25 cents I think maybe I messed up and accidentally stopped it so I put the nozzle back and try again... it stops at .25 cents again so I'm thinking damn maybe my card isn't working so I go inside and it goes through and each time getting charged an additional.35 cents on top of amount of gas I put in. Now back to the card going through I go to put gas and again it stops at .25 cents. 3x I get charged .60 cents and I go inside and i tell the workers something is wrong with the pump and they tell me I have to wait for a manager and right as im done talking to them the POS walks in at 8:00am 01/05/23. Now I know .60 cents isn't much but 3x ? Excuse me but it adds up tf. So I try explaining to the manager the situation I have the proof of each charge and try showing him... im being nice at first and he completely dismisses me talking about it's my fault why didn't I move pumps like you big for nothing POS your coworker JUST told me they've been having problems with the pumps all morning WHY TF ARENT THERE SIGNS YOU FUCKING IDIOT! I swear that would've saved not only you but ME this interaction. Of course after he treats me like crap I have to start getting loud because he started gaslighting me telling me it's my fault. Im like bro your the manager give me my fucking money im already invested in this argument im not walking out empty handed. Anyways moral of the story if you come to this gas station and it stops on you more than once at a certain price "it's your fault". What a moron

GUESS WHERE YOU CANT BUY GAS WITHOUT A MASK.. You can also get banned (according to Rebecca). No threats were made to customers or employees. DESPITE being engaged by other customers, and an over zealous employee. This leads me to question the stations true intent. Do they despise Veterans, or people who just want to pump gas outside and be left alone. The administrative portion has begun. As a disabled veteran who cannot wear a mask, This discrimination will no longer be tolerated. ADA! The employee should not have continued hounding me, Rebecca should know this from customer service training. If it was that "serious," police assets should have been requested. DO NOT GO TO THIS STATION. Discrimination could be lurking behind every pump!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. And for a GAS STATION that says A LOT!!!! Went in this morning the purchase beverages. Tried to use the app and the man chased me out to my car DEMANDING more money because the app NEVER works at this location. Not only will I never give them my business for the store, I will never patronize them for gasoline. I'd rather pay extra across the street!!!!

Today I was on pump #10 and I used my Apple Pay to get gas. My fuel was stopped and then cashier attendant Carlos came outside and tapped on my window to inform me he accidentally put the gas on the wrong pump for someone else. (They were on #4)I said ok no problem give me a second. I got in my car and put my mask on and as I was checking my account for accuracy Carlos began tapping on my window abruptly and demanding I get out of my car. He stood in front of my car and took a picture on his camera phone. He walked to the back of my car and took a picture of the license plate. I opened my door and told Carlos to please not knock on my window so aggressively I didn’t appreciate that and I told him I requested a second because I was on my phone. Carlos demanded I go inside with him to pay for the gas for the other persons pump. I said let’s go. When I got inside his attitude toward me changed he began apologizing for the mistake. It felt as if he was being Fake by presenting himself as polite and apologetic only because the customer of the other pump was there. And other customers waiting in line.Now I was forced to pay an amount I was not initially asking for. It caused me an inconvenience and unnecessary exposure to a crowded area where covid-19 is high, AND I noticed body damage to my window. I will be filing a corporate complaint and seeking fees for damages to my window.

I never realized the nonsense I tolerated when getting gas for my car when I lived all those years in Calif. How small the islands are, how people put the nozzle in the car to fill it up and just walk away to go grocery shopping in the AM/PM-like they don't have a care in the world, sit and talk on their phone after the refueling is done, yet still parked at the gas island. But this particular gas station is located at the worst possible location to navigate in and out of, with that said- what should have been no more than a twenty minute fill up, was a 45 minute debacle. I was stuck behind a huge work truck that was stuck behind a mad mini van soccer mom and I had an angry BMW driver behind my sweet ride, who in his immaturity, seemed to think that laying on the horn like a raging 2 year old was going move things along faster. Nope. I can say that the staff inside greeted customers walking in with hellos and a smile, but you could tell they were crazy busy. I know this since I ran in while Mini-Me was pumping the gas. See how that works? I didn't leave the car unsupervised!!!! Price for gas is less then some of the other gas stations in the area. I sure do appreciate my gas station attendants here in Jersey! they keep things moving, there is no nonsense at the pump and rain, shine or snow they are always there!!

The heavy set bearded worker couldn't scan my ID apparently, I'm from Washington state and I'm 22 years old. He refused my ID even after he asked questions about my ID. Such as D.O.B. Please understand that I'm a grown man who looks about late 20's. I don't look like a kid using a fake ID. Also, please clean inventory, multiple bottles and the inside of the refrigerator have a lot of dust. Not very sanitary for food and beverages.

Best gas prices in the Newport Beach area. If you are returning a rental car, definitely go here. The location is right beside a subway and a flame broiler for fast food. And the people working there are always very nice. It is kept clean as well.
