I was welcomed by Dan, the store manager. Dan truly loves what he does and took care of me to find me the right size. He went above and beyond and I left the store with an amazing experience. Thank you Dan for making my buying experience at AE enjoyable. I will definitely be back to this store whenever I’m in CA.

I'm extremely disappointed by the Allen Edmonds Factory for rejecting my request for having my favorite pair of shoes recrafted without consulting me.Over the years I have owned numerous pairs of Allen Edmonds shoes and belts and the main reason from buying AE was because of their quality and warranty services.However, rather than explaining my shoes did not get the attention I was hoping for they would get and frankly I no longer have faith in their brand or quality.Ended up having my shoes done by a local shoemaker who did an awesome jon for way less!!

Kyle was super professional, helpful, and just a great guy. I was actually a little bit nervous going in because I thought maybe the atmosphere of a higher end shoe store would be a bit "snobby," but Kyle was just a super chill guy and made me feel very welcomed and appreciated as a customer.I ordered a pair of Dark Chili Fifth Avenue Oxfords in size 9 D online for store-pickup because it was the last day of a sale they had at the time, but I was still planning on trying different sizes while I was there just to make sure since the last pair of AE's I bought were too big for me. Kyle was kind enough to help me try on the shoes I ordered, a pair in a different color, and a pair half a size down. He noted that my wider-skinny (I have a lower instep) feet means I have to wear medium-width shoes that end up leaving the shoe too roomy, so he threw in a couple of tongue pads to take up some of the extra room in the shoe. Thanks Kyle!

Always good vibes when I come here.Strangely every time I have had a bad experience with gyw shoe-selling shops elsewhere, I end up back at this shop and get a fresh restart and review of what good shopkeepers are like.Usually it feels like I need to dress up or I won't be taken seriously at a higher end shoe shop but these guys have always been helpful regardless. The younger guy also seems deep into gyw....Also, their shell cordovan collection seems to grow everytime I stop by.

Brought a favorite pair of shell cordovan Allen Edmonds to send out for a resole; however, I was rejected. Shoes had previously been resolved outside of Allen Edmonds. There is no mention of this on their website or in the resole program web page. Very disappointed.
